The parking app pages for filling out payment was purposely covered with a malicious subscription "Game" company designed to aquire credit card info from an unsuspecting, unaware (Parking) customers trying to pay the lot fee. Ads are fine but, the parking company and the game company know exactly what's going on - malicious, aggressive, dishonest and misleading content on an the payment app designed to mislead customers. I should charge the parking company for my time exhausted with canceling my card info with the game company.

Easy to use from your phone, just plug in and go.

ONly one entrance/exit to lot (safety issue). Also, no price for event parking posted at entrance to lot so once in the lot, impossible to exit. Also, price At $30 for event in incredibly expensive - most others are $20.

Went for a blues game and everytime I tried to pay through the app it kept saying the request failed the date wasn’t available.

Scanning the QR code made the process very easy to pay on what was a crowded parking lot and a very cold night.

Way too expensive!! I selected to park for 1 hour as I didn't know how long my appointment would be, but ended up under 30 minutes, costing me over $9 to park. Ridiculous!

Don't like using cell phone to pay and bein charged a service fee, when there were 2 employees on lot to pay that would have been alot quicker and time saving

Very congested parking lot. Exit after the game was chaos. Location is great.

Easy to pay for parking in the lot;however, several wasted empty spaces due to people parking freely without supervision. Also, horrible exiting the lot due after the game ended for same reason- no supervision for directing flow inside lot and on street.

The machine is a joke. The QR code didn't scan. The app didn't want to load You asked me how long I needed the space for. When I said 2 hours it charged me for an entire day.

The lot I used had one of the kiosks covered in plastic and has not worked for 6 months plus.
The app for some reason can’t not tell your location. So need the walk to the one kiosk that is not covered and scan the QR code.

The reason as to why I am giving two stars is the fact that it took me multiple times for your website to accept my card. I was in a rush, and was getting close to the deadline of my appointment at USCIS. Very poor form on your part. 🤨😫😠

I was looking for parking near Busch stadium in St. Louis. The lot was only 6 blocks from the stadium and a short walk. Getting into and out of the lot was a breeze. And the price was right! Booking online was easy.
