Facility parking garage
The parking facility is filthy. There’s bird droppings everywhere. Someone thru up in the stairwell many months ago and never cleaned, there is no elevator for 4 stories of parking so you need to use this stairwell

Parking was easy
Parking was easy. A little pricey at $10.00 but better safe than sorry. To check-in and check-out is easy, just follow the instructions! If you don’t follow the instructions then you’ll hold up everyone who is exiting the garage.

Not Intuitive
Getting in and out are not intuitive, and neither is the app. 90 minutes before showtime, the line going into the structure was long and slow only because people were struggling to figure out how to make the system work with their phones. Once inside, there was ample parking and no delay. The ONLY place there was congestion was at the entrance, and the failure of one driver to make it work stopped everyone behind him. On the way out, there was an attendant making sure that it all went well, but there was nobody at the entrance, and the intercom wasn't helpful to the guy ahead of me. Just let us take the ticket and then allow us to pay for the ticket on an app. The barcode should be on the ticket, not a sign at the gate. This system may work at a place like a clinic but not a place with hundreds of cars blocking the street, waiting to get in.
