Ease of access. Quick park and go. And greatly liked the notification when my parking payment was about to expire

Wheel chair parking we saw 1 space. Although most states don't require payment from handicapped patrons, paying lots still charge.

The reminders about time expiring and easy steps for adding more time were convenient.

Misrepresented the truth. Scham. I want my money back

I paid upfront for 3 hours @$10.99. I had to extend for 45 minutes and was charged $10.99 again! That is a ridiculous amount for 45 minutes when it was the same for 3 hours.

Convenient space, clean.

First, there's like 5 options on site it feels like. Texting, QR barcoding, and vague and explicit do and don't pay attendants signs. I tried text, it never replied. Then on ios the qr code link got lost in the ether after I had to switch apps. And then the $10 unlisted fee got turned into $10.99 with some extra servicing fee. And then all through dinner and my next event I got nag texts that my time was almost up. What a great way to make everything stressful.

Easy to park and pay.

Extending time for 30 minutes was the same cost as original purchase of 2 hours. Spent $22 (2x $10.99). I was digitally robbed by being honest to the parking system - hopefully something that can be changed, but, from an entrepreneurial perspective of the parking system owner, this is an amazing business model.

Needs to be more clear on pricing. Was not noted how long you get for $ paid until after time was chosen, I booked 2 hours it was $11, added two more hours it was another $11, added one hour it was also $11. Pricing is not fair or prorated for the time selected.

Your parking lot was easily accessible, In the very convenient location, and extremely clean

I paid $10 for 3 hours. When I needed to extend an additional hour it was $10 again. I went ahead and extended for 2 hours to be on the safe side and the amount was still $10. If parking was a flat rate that should have been indicated when I parked. And I shouldn’t have had to select a time frame!

10 dollars for 1 hour on a Wednesday? Ridiculous.

The parking rate for 15 minutes was absolutely ridiculous. It was $11 for 15 minutes. I would not have parked and paid that amount, but I was in a time crunch for dropping something off.

Thought I’d be there for 2 hours. Paid 10.99. A lot for two hours. Ended up staying an extra 2 hours. Yet another 10.99. Insane. Should be rated by the hour. Outrageous.

The scan/pay was easy. Price seems kind of expensive though.

I extended my parking
Costed 22.00 for four hours to get my hair done. Don’t you think that’s a bit excessive?
I am taking all of my business out of downtown, which is unfortunate for small businesses who are paying exorbitant rent already

The cost is high for time. Parking in New York is cheaper. If I needed all day price is comparable. But 3 hours was same price. Charge hourly for same rate as daily. Come on stop killing us. At some point it is not worthwhile. I think everyone should boycott pay parking. In turn local businesses will suffer due to less clients. No businesses no need to pay for parking thus no payed parking lots. Easy resolution to gouging.

The parking was to tight, I couldn't open my door together out of my vehicle, I had to squeeze out, we tried 3 different parking spots, they were all tight,I understand wanting to get the most spaces in the lot however, when you can't open your car door you run the risk of damaging your vehicles
