Great process and clean lot. Felt very safe

Intentionally more complicated than it should be.

reserved spot in NOLA off magazine street the signs on the lot had a address that WAS NOT for 860 magazine street very confusing, i scanned the QR at the site and it came up with the correct address BUT the signs on the lot were VERY confusing there were no attendants to ask

Location was as shown & in and out was effortless. Lot was well lighted and safe.

I like it but would be easier if it didn’t take time in the heat to enter everything they ask for

We parked on a Friday and left on a Monday. I paid for it by the 24 hours. The service started out great and text messages sent reminding me to pay. On Sunday, never got a text message to pay. Time ended at 12:15pm. At 12:20pm I went to vehicle to scan QR code again in parking lot. I paid for the parking for the last 24 hours. Turned around and had a boot on my vehicle. $90 later they removed it. This is a total sham.

The app is very helpful in locating parking. We used two parking lots in New Orleans and I noticed they were clean - no litter on the ground.

Super easy to use! Really liked the text message reminder of time remaining.

Parked there for 3 nights and the second night my Cadillac converter stolen from me. Asked for refund for nights the last day and they wouldn't even give it to me.

I made the mistake of putting the ticket into the machine prior to leaving the building. I thought it was necessary to establish the start time. I called the customer service and someone came down immediately and proceeded to get me a new ticket. He was very nice and accomodating. I really appreciated that because I don't come to the city often and was unfamiliar with the proceedure. He was great!

I accidentally keyed a wrong digit when keying my license plate number in the parking application. I immediately contacted Parking.com for refund. They immediately began their refund process and provided a refund. Much appreciated. Keep up the great work.

I love the parking area because it was well lit it with plenty of lights and also has secure cameras, and was close to my event at that particular time. Thank you very much I will be there.

We came back to our car the way we left it people work hard for the things that they have for others to be soooo careless and I’m grateful that nobody touched my car
