The app is not the most friendly and is to many steps to navigate. Most time I have do do it twice and hope I didn't pay twice. I also just received a ticket for a parking violation. My payment receipt was make at 11:30am to 6pm came back to my car seeing a ticket at 1:39pm. I will be contesting it since I did have a receipt emailed to me

Typical corporate greed
Sure it’s a safe and well lit lot. But it makes me so angry that you have machines at the site that are broken. The fee is $2 if you pay by machine and somehow it costs more money to pay by the app ($2.72 or so). That’s stupid. Fix your machines. Let us pay by cash. Or get rid of the machines and make it cheaper to use the app. There is no reason that maintenance costs and processing fees on your app should cost more than maintaining machines. It’s clearly a rip off and corporate greed at its finest

Something not correct about timing
I paid for 2.5 hours to park while we ate at a restaurant. We were done in time. When we were home, I got a text saying your time is almost up. Do you want to add more? I deleted because we had arrived at home. I just received a $51 parking bill saying we stayed overtime. Not parking there again. I have no receipt to prove it. I guess they can just charge anyone.

The app doesn’t allow for any…
The app doesn’t allow for any information to autofill. I had to go to the website to purchase a monthly pass after trying to input my info on the app multiple times. The website as a whole is dated and clunky. $1.50 daily parking was advertised at my parking location but I wasn’t given that option while purchasing.
