I selected a lot to park in in Evanston using the parking lot id#. The response said that there should be an attendant on duty. No attendant nor a place for one. Then I picked 600 Main St and that is the actual train station. I actually paid $2 for that.. Ended up taking a Lyft where I needed to go. I will say I am an out-of-towner and had no clue about how the parking worked up there. Needless to say I
don't care for it. The first lot I tried would have been perfect but like I said no attendant. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Horrible parking surface. Pot holes are very bad, litter, no one keeps this log up. Added to this, the CTA roped off many spaces so you have to walk 1/2 mile to get to the train. Terrible

I really like being able to park near the Merta station and being able to pay using your app. I do however worry that with winter quickly approaching how many spots will actually be available!

I drove around the block for 20 mins looking for the entrance to this place. Never found it... it is located somewhere between the tracks and the street on either side but I never found it. There was a section closed for local restaurant seating on the street but I can't bike they'd block a garage entrance.
The area had plenty of street parking that day and parking was free for Sunday.
Oh well... I fell for their $2 bait.

There was no parking area to be found , and the street was blocked by outdoor restaurant seating. I had to take a chance of getting a parking ticket on the street as my train was arriving shortly. Luckily, I was not ticketed but I was upset because there was no clear signage for parking.

To start off, the app doesn't work if you're logging in with Google. It uses an unsafe/older internal browser AND does not use an HTTPS connection, which causes Google to refuse the authentication. That makes the APP worthless.
You can always use the mobile site, but the site keeps auto-refreshing to a 2 hour parking instead of the period you selected - so more often than not you end up with an incorrect parking reservation that IS NOT EDITABLE AND IS NOT CANCELLABLE.
They probably even made a way of removing the physical payment totems in the parking lot I use, so I'm stuck with this terrible solution. Considering you have no choice but use them, I hardly ever think they'll fix anything and it will continue to be this mess and they'll continue to get their "convenience" fee in their pockets... The only thing we can do is flood them with bad reviews so at least they can't get new contracts.

Easy to use and good idea for a few dollars great parking

It would have been 5-Stars if the signs at the parking location were updated. I surveyed the parking a day before I needed it and signs said I could pay cash.I missed my train because the payment machine there rejected both, cash and credit cards.

Never could find the parking. The structure photo on the site did not seem to exist. Maps took me to a parking kiosk in an alley, no visible parking just handicapped spaces next to station. Had to use street parking meter. Needs directions or explicit instructions on site.

Paid for daily parking online. Got a ticket anyways.

We paid for a reservation (just $2.16) at the S&P Parking garage, listed as 600 Main St. in Evanston, Ill. However, there was no parking garage at that address. That address did not seem to exist, except right under the L tracks. A nearby parking lot was for shoppers and residents only. We would be towed or ticketed after 9pm. A small parking garage down an alley (which was on Chicago St., not Main) was closed to everyone except residents and merchants, according to a sign out front. A call to the phone number went to a recording. To make matters worse, a big construction project on Main Street near the address left side roads blocked. We found another garage a mile away, but wasted 45 minutes trying to find this parking area.

Very difficult to find the parking lot. The address does not match where the parking lot actually is. I’d recommend entering from from Chicago ave.

Parking was not available and requested a refund. I was scammed.
