I paid for a one-day parking pass, received an email confirmation, and then my car was towed within the allotted time frame. Evidently that's because I didn't know the license plate of the borrowed car I was driving. (I'm from out-of-state.)
For the next 2.5 hours I phoned every available parking.com "customer service" phone number trying to locate my car. No one knew anything...I was continually transferred to numbers that weren't being answered, or was giving wrong information. Eventually, I phoned the local police department who knew more than this company! NEVER - not on the signage, not on the personal call with their agent, not on their website - was I advised that an accurate license plate number was REQUIRED! You can be sure that had I entered an incorrect credit card number that the transaction would not have gone through. But an obviously bogus license number (ABC123) was accepted. With the daily parking fee, the cost of the Uber to retrieve my towed car, and the towing fee, this quick little lunch cost me $340! Of course, no refunds.

This is an unprofessional "ghost" operation with untrained staff, most of whom don't answer the phone. Stay clear and try to park on the street. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a great little kick-back program in place with the tow company!
