easy in and out. Just hope you get there before the lot fills up and if it's later in the still give it a shot (they usually have one tight spot on reserve.

Not able to add time
We were able to pay for our parking once, then when we tried to add more time through the link sent to us, through the site itself, and through the app. We were not able to add more time without an error, we also got help from customer service and nothing would work. Had to eventually use a different parking service after not receiving help

App needs clarification of use, I was double charged because i entered "1 day" and am waiting for a refund. Clerk said it happens often. Price if charged correctly is great.
Update: I was sent a full refund in late July. Thank you.

The website was very iffy
The website was very iffy, I accidentally typed a number in wrong once and was not able to go back to fix it, I had to create a whole new account. The website also showed parking options that were not actually available, it would display "Unable to Process this Request" and not give any other information about what the issue could be.

The website and app are HORRIBLE and…
The website and app are HORRIBLE and often don’t work. I tried several times last week and couldn’t get it to work. The lot attendant said to leave my car and “try again later.” I did so multiple times throughout the day and was finally successful after about 10 tries. The worst. And I keep having to register.

Machine at lot never works so I'm forced to pay more through the app
As usual the machine at the lot wasn't working. The weekend special for the lot doesn't work on the app. It's a mo ey grab to not keep the machine at the lot working OR to refuse to fix the app and ensure the prices on the app are the same as on site. All in all just another Downtown Boston parking SCAM. It's the only parking near my apartment for non-area residents and these people know it and take advantage. Period
