It was hard for me
It was hard for me. I am not use to doing this on online especially on the phone. The parking garage is a scary place with only one lane to go up and down.

Overcharged
The ease of the app was great; however, I never knew exactly what I was expected to pay from I've day to the next. Despite the fact that the garage that I parked in had signs posted of a $9 daily charge of you parked before 9am, I regularly was charged $10. I attempted to resolve it several times through customer service before just giving up. I no longer teach at that same school, so I will not have to deal with the same frustration moving forward.

The app was very convenient.
I had some trouble understanding the signage. I thought I might have to pay when I left the garage rather than when I first parked the car.
I did not like that I had to know in advance the number of hours I would stay.

NEVER AGAIN! Garage not safe car was broken into and vandalized. Multiple car were broken into.

I been parking there for weeks
I been parking there for weeks . Today my truck got robbed. Broke back passenger window out and stole my tools and important items. I don't recommend this parking garage. No cameras, no security, no nothing, park at your own risk. Busted my window out and took what they wanted. Be careful parking here!!! Good luck. It was me today but it could be you tomorrow.

Very Small roads to get into parking…
Very Small roads to get into parking lot. Park my car in #188 . I had a prepaid voucher for that day. When i returned to my car 2 hours later I had a 40.00$ bill on my windshield. I searched all over for an attendant at no avail. I stopped at the pay machine and could not use the voucher. I went home and for 2 days tried calling the phone number on the ticket and the website to no avail. I was at the parking garage on 11/20/2019 from 0945 to 1200. I would very much like to speak to someone about my experience.
