Everything went great from departure to return. Parking lot was easy to maneuver. Payment instructions were clear and concise. And, pay-by-phone was is an efficient time saving feature.

Horrible

First time, I received several threatening bill collector statements, saying I didn’t pay when I had proof by text and by credit card receipt. Second time I paid as I pulled in and even gave another credit card when I pulled out, it registered me as having not paid and will be cited! There is no way I will ever ever park here ever again

The system is horrible!

The system is horrible!
I was just dropped off my husband at Brightline and the system already sent me a message saying that they are starting charges for the parking. Luckily I took off my credit card information.
It’s very difficult to contact them!

Rip-off rates

Had to pay $6.50 to wait for 15 minutes. The last time I didn’t know I had to pay and got a $42 violation. Rip-off.

Muy difícil para realizar el pago

Muy difícil para realizar el pago, dejé el auto estacionado 2 días y al querer pagar no me acepta ninguna tarjeta de crédito, y no hay otra forma de abonar. En el lugar nadie sabe decirme donde reclamar para poder realizar el pago, al día de hay ya pasaron 2 días y sigo sin poder pagar, luego me vendrá una multa seguramente.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Second time I ride the brightline and the worst experience ever AGAIN. We’re going to Orlando from aventura and we order drinks at a mini bar they had at the station. They give us 3 shooters for the road. As soon as we sit down to enjoy a drink, one of the employees Jackie, tells us we’re not allowed to bring our own drinks at the station so we tell her that it’s from the station. She doesn’t believe us, comes back a second time and says she needs to see the receipt. We show her the receipt. We’re about to use the second shooter and another employee Declan comes close and tells us we’re not allowed to have drinks to drink them quick before someone sees us. At this point we just laugh because we realize they keep targeting us and they’re not believing what we are telling them. We decide to just buy more from Jackie and forget about the three times we’re being told about these drinks purchased at the brightline station. Jackie comes back and tells us to show the receipt of the drinks A FOURTH TIME and this time she asks in an aggressive tone. At this point we’re outraged because she’s humiliating us, and has interrupted us the entire ride. I tell Jackie to call the manager at the brightline station to confirm they sold us the drinks and no manager is coming to us. I walk to where the employees are standing and they are discussing whether our drinks are from the station or not so I tell them please call a manager instead of wasting so much time going back and forth questioning whether we are lying or not. Declan tells me “the drinks don’t have caps on them” so I tell him I don’t like feeling like a liar. Jackie proceeds to tell me “we have cameras on every seat”. So at this point I’m frustrated because we want to enjoy our ride on our way to Orlando but the employees keep fighting with us instead of calling a manager from the station to confirm the shooters were from the station. Nobody is calling a manager, they are only targeting and humiliating us. When they see I start getting upset they say I’m being too confrontational so I go back to my seat and explain to my boyfriend what just happened. He gets up to show them the receipt again and Declan says that we’re getting kicked out of the station at the next stop. How is this acceptable behavior? We spent over 150$ on the tickets and 50$ on three shooters. Instead of trying to accommodate us or de escalate the situation once I finally react to them constantly questioning us and suggesting we’re liars they threaten to kick us off the next station. I asked for a manager THREE TIMES or more at that point. My boyfriend starts speaking to one of the “managers” who cuts him off and just leaves the station without resolving anything. Only one person after two and a half hours called the brightline station we purchased the shooters and CONFIRMED that they sold it to us. She thankfully treated us well and didn’t call me a liar or harass or publicly humiliate us she actually empathized with us in this situation. Someone seriously needs to teach these employees how to treat customers because we will NEVER be coming back here and will be telling everyone else about our awful experience. To have the entire section of your train look at you while you’re constantly getting questioned and ultimately harassed was not something we were expecting either. One simple phone call at the beginning of the ride would have sufficed. My first time here I also had an encounter with a rude employee who didn’t want to help us when we were having issues trying to get our tickets through the app. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME WE COME.

The day I parked

The day I parked, they didn't tell me the departure time. I went in to get them to tell me and nothing. In the end, I paid three bills on the same day that add up to more than 30 dollars.

Arrived to pick up a passenger and left…

Arrived to pick up a passenger and left 15 mins later. Went to the mall and returned after 1pm. Dropped off passengers and left.
You charged me for all the time the car was not parked there. Amazing that the cameras did not see my tag when I exited approx 10:15am. First and last time we use brightline
