Easy to make reservation, no problem using scan to enter a leave. Found a place close to entrance.

Excellent instructions to the location with easy check-in and out.

Easy in and out. Close to shuttles for the Current games and I prefer covered parking.

Would not recommend. Pricing ok but app and directions to parking location poor. Site not found possibly due to being unmarked vs poor app/website linked directions. Never found parking location so had to pay alternative parking near site we went to following app. Will not use again.

The address provided was not correct, ended up in the wrong garage and had to pay twice!

Was under impression we had in/out privileges. We did not. Had to repurchase parking throughout our stay. Website needs more clarification at time of purchase that permit was a one time only use.

The machine rejected the code to scan so I tried to call for assistance but had no luck. We ended up paying to enter the garage so I feel we should be credited for the amount we paid.

The attendant would not accept my ticket. Made me pay again. And price was half of what you charged online. Scam.

They sent me a parking voucher with a QR code after I paid $20.00 in advance with an address on the prepaid voucher of 1034 main st and the name Boley 2 on it. I arrived at 1034 Main Street and it was a private parking facility with the door down and no kiosk to use my QR code. Do not use this company.

Making the reservation was easy. However, when we arrived in Kansas City today, there is no address of 1008 Baltimore in Kansas City, let alone a parking garage at this location. The instructions also say to enter on Main Street, however there is no street # on Main St. I called the phone number listed on the reservation and the attendant was not helpful. He kept telling me that 1008 was the correct address even though I told him I was sitting on Baltimore and the building numbers jumped from 1006 to 1014. IT IS NOT. When we did find the Main St entrance to a parking garage, it did not say Boley Two anywhere on the building, it was Main St Parking. We were relieved when our QR code worked and the gate opened. The information on your website really needs to be updated for this location.

Please, please correct your address for the Boley Two garage. The entrance address to the garage is completely INCORRECT. It took us 40 minutes to try and find the correct address. Finally has to stop some people coming out of hotel on Baltimore where they pointed us to the ACTUAL address entrance that is located at 1034 Main St. There were other people there as well trying to find it on Baltimore. Please update your address that prints on the parking pass to be accurate, entrance for Boley Two is 1034 Main St, Kansas City, MO.

QR code did not work, so I was charged $30 and did not receive the service. Don’t use this service!!

Lots of lighting inside garage with plenty of spaces to choose from. It was very easy to check in/out.

Making the reservation was easy and the price was reasonable. It gave me a clean, safe place to leave my car while on a road trip with a friend.

It was easy to sign up and use. Can this be available as an option for the music hall

Code did not work at the parking garage. Had to find somewhere else to park.

Unfortunately, there was a utility truck blocking the entrance of the parking garage, so I was unable to use the parking spot I purchased.
