Not enough busses running
Not enough busses running, I had to walk in the rain to flag down driver. Took 30 min from time we got to parking lot until the time our shuttle left. Spots were not marked “truck” but we were forced to move last minute based on what the driver said was a new rule. This is my 3rd or 4th jiffy experience and likely my last!

After setting up the app
After setting up the app, it is easy to log in, pay. Only downside is the price for a short visit. Fully loaded work truck stayed safe in the parking stall.

Not by choice
I have 5 different parking apps on my phone for Seattle. This is by far the most cumbersome, to set up. Multiple set up steps and reloading. Just to register and enroll 2 vehicles because the iphone version for my coworker never did work. Boooo😖

Gate attendant helpful
Gate attendant was helpful and made for a more efficient exit. I was not quite able to reach the scanner with my ticket and he assisted me.

Waaay to long to input info
Waaay to long to input info. Parking fee was posted as $6.00 but got charged 7. No option to pay “at the box”.
All in all just frustrating.

Holy shiznit, you are expensive AF! Almost$13 for 2.5 hours...?! That's robbery! And no it's not peak time, that lot had maybe a dozen and a half vehicles in it total.
