I was able to book my parking very easily and quickly on the easy to use site. Parking at the lot went just as smoothly. The on site staff were very patient and helpful. I would definitely use this site again and strongly recommend it.

Easy and cheaper than the rate in town.

Entry easy, many available spots, agent on duty. GATE WOULD NOT OPEN WHEN ATTEMPTING TO LEAVE in evening. Finally, by moving my car into different positions near it, the gate opened. Driver behind me stuck 15-20 minutes.
Agent had left earlier (3/1/25)

Easy to use. No hassles

It was a good parking lot and inexpensive--but not clearly labeled. There are multiple parking lots in that block. This was the third one I stopped at--and I had to call to find out if it was the right one. I give y'all points for answering the phone. But all of that could have been a lot easier with clear labeling and directions.

The gate would not open when I tried to leave that night. I had to call the company who ran the parking spot for assistance. I was finally able to talk to someone (the
manager) that was able to help me. The crazy part was I asked the attendant what I needed to do since I prepaid and she said just drive out.

I did not use the parking garage, I got sick and had to cancel my trip. My son said it was OK.

Easy to book, and parking spots were readily available when we arrived. Txt communications were timely and accurate.

Don't like having to make a phone call and get approval at the entrance. Too slow and inconvenient.

Hello what if a person don't have a credit card then how are they going to pay I guess they're car is stuck in the lot no good

The street address given by Parking.com for this parking garage led us to a closed entrance. Since we were pressed for time and didn’t have time to circle the block on one-way streets looking for another possible entry point, we had to quickly find alternate parking and were unable to use this reservation. Only giving one star because it was easy to purchase the ticket online.
