I reserved a spot the day before I needed it, however, when it came time for me to park, I was informed that there was no space available to accommodate my SUV. While I received a refund a few days later, I was forced to park further away from where I needed to be and it cost me twice the price. I will be extremely cautious on trying to park at this facility in the future given this apparent problem - paying in advance does not guarantee you a spot.

They accepted my reservation at the last minute and I really appreciated that even though I had to wait about15-20 minutes to get my car when I was going home.

Everyone was nice that we dealt with. But I had to drive around the block several times, before I found the garage. There is no big sign on that building to show you the number or the business name. Then I waited about 10 minutes for someone to come out to take my keys and to park my car. I did see a small placard while we were waiting.
I paid paid $42 for 6 hours. They told me to call them 15 minutes before I was coming back for the car. I called and give them my ticket number. My car was sitting ready for me when I got back to the garage. I don't like dealing with these APP'S and links. Because it is not well signed posted and because of the waiting around, it would put me off from using this garage again. I like the old fashioned way, were the attendant is waiting for you, when you drive into park your car. It was a god location to do the High line & Hudson Yards.

Nice parking attendants. Decent speed. Didn’t like how long it took to call or valet but it’s nyc. Also the price is high.

The garage entrance is not on Hudson Blvd but on 34, not that they let u know but after wasting like 15 mins driving around you find it. Then you have to wait for like 19 mins for an attendant to come and get your car from the street. So totally inconvenient. Avoid!!!

Accepted my prepaid reservation and then refused to take my car because garage was full. I was late for my appointment since I then had to find another lot with availability. And I’m still waiting for my refund.

After texting, and then showing up and being asked all my information it's took over 20 minutes to retrieve my vehicle. I was the only person waiting. This is unacceptable I used the garage for convenience and it became such an inconvenience. Not worth the money.

I was a little wary of driving to NYC for the first time, but making this parking reservation and being able to just drop my car off in a safe place took all the weight off! The service and kindness of the staff far exceeded my expectations, and the timeliness in receiving my car to leave was impeccable. If (when?) I drive to NYC again, I’ll definitely be taking advantage of this then!

We have parked thousands of times in NYC over the many years of living here and have NEVER been treated to kindly, caringly and efficiently as this garage. Also, I have never ever written a review and am so glad to have this chance to commend and thank these gentlemen.
