App is hard to use
It was not easy to pay for my parking , it kept requesting spot number on the app when the area I was parked in didn’t have spots.
I ended up doing the browsor instead and got on my laptop to finish paying. Wasted over 15 minutes of my time in the heat.

I didn’t give it a 5 because it seemed to shade off 2mins in my parking time while I was completing the info in the app. When I hit enter/finished that’s when the time should have started. However, instead of have 1hr on the time, I had 58 mins, which means it took off 2 mins that I used to book the space.

It's too hard to use to find parking
It's too hard to use to find parking. You can't search an area or location. You either have to drag the map around, or know specifically what location you're going to.

Made several attempts to cancel my parking. Submitted all the requested info to customer service and never got a response. Terrible help, will never use again.

Could be better, lazy app
So, the setup isn't very smooth like the ParkChicago - you should really model your app more like this. It's a good start that you have a scan, but, after that it's pretty convoluted and the last thing "we" the consumer want is to be screwing around & one of these unscrupulous ticketers give us a ticket while we're still trying to login into an app that really isn't user friendly.
