Entering was a bit confusing but after that it was smooth sailing.

For people my age it's extremely difficult to handle the computarized system that your parking facilty offers,

Nightmare of entering and exiting! I won't park there again!!!

It's a gross, dirty parking garage with old elevators that charges six dollars every thirty minutes. Ridiculous prices for a run down garage.

The structure was fine. Needing to create an account and the “I’m human” feature wasn’t working. Very annoying method to park. Regretted it immediately

Process was complicated and not fun. Probably the worst parking payment experience I’ve ever had. I would give zero stars if possible.

I used this parking lot on a Saturday, which was not busy. Having to scan codes and enter stuff online made me long for a good old fashioned paper ticket.

It was confusing to figure out and really expensive. There were too many confusing steps, and actions to take just to get out of the parking garage. Because this was my first time using this system, I ended up holding up traffic while troubleshooting. Just awful.

Took the obligatory pic of the QR code, and gate didn't go up. Ended up speaking to someone in Thailand or some such place, who had to ask me where I was. Turns out he had to MANUALLY raise the gate.

the code from the restaurant didn't work. Verified code with the restaurant. Still did not work. With cars lining up behind me, I gave in and used my credit card.

It was paid parking so 1 star. 2 stars because there was no homeless people atleast.

The exit process was a little confusing. Signs in the building said to scan and take care of things but after I logged in upon entering and then added card details, the payment happened automatically and the gate lifted as I approached the kiosk. This is a minor point. All in all, this is a pretty slick system.

My validation code would not work and I was not prepared to pay so much money for maybe an hour and a half. It was ridiculous.

If you know how to use it and or have the app on your phone it probably works great. However with Cara backing up behind you and trying to figure it out it was a bit stressful. Once I knew how, it was much better for the future.

Credit card wasn’t charged when I left and I had to pull over while driving home to try to get it to charge my card long after I had left. Terrible system

Easy to get in, easy to get out, with validation from a local business I didn't pay a thing!
