I gave us a 5-star rating because the process was so smooth and easy to pay for parking. The price seemed fair enough and there were no hidden fees.

Easy and quick and right next door to where we ate

There were five of us who parked in the same lot. All 5 of us scanned the giant qr code to pay online (the only option). All 5 of us received citations to pay a fee for not paying. What a PITA. Get your act together.

The experience of paying for the spot wasn’t bad. However, this review is bad because the parking lot gave me a $68 ticket despite my car still being within the allotted timeframe. My receipt said to leave before 9:38pm yet the ticket was written at 9:07.
In short, it’s a scam. Do not park in the lot across from Wolf’s Ridge Brewing.

This is the worst service in history. App didn’t work. No support. Wasted money spending on daily 10 hour time increments. I’d rather get my car towed trying to figure out parking meters in the city. If you can avoid it, never, ever, ever use this horrible horrendous service.

Parking downtown was easy to use and accessible to the location where I needed to go.

I parked in the lot and within a couple minutes i had the app and paid for my parking. I will definitely use this again.

I wasn't prepared to pay for parking using your app. I was running a few minutes late for dinner reservations. It was very frustrating having to down load the app and enter all of the necessary information. i.e. license plate number, drivers license and credit card number. Would have preferred to pay cash for parking nut your machine was broken.

While searching for my credit card in my purse I was approached by a homeless man asking for money. I didn't feel safe being approached while I was fumbling with my phone billfold and purse.

Easy to pay, fair prices

I paid $5 & change by scanning the sign at the entrance of the parking lot(I have a picture of the sign at the entrance/exit with the time stamp of my departure). I come back to my truck & I have a $68 fine to be paid. WTH??!! Please call me ASAP 614.419.0137

My phone cannot do the app process to pay. I had to use my friends phone. If I had been alone, I would have been towed. Bring back the key pad machines. Not everyone wants or has a phone that can process apps.

Parking was close to where I needed to be. It was easy to follow the instructions and pay on line.

Gave me a bogus ticket. Trying to fine me 68$ even though I paid for parking. Luckily I saved the receipt from my parking so I'm contesting it. Funny how the ticket was there within about an hour of me parking but a couple of days after I contested the ticket I'm still waiting to hear from them. I noticed they had ticketed several people in the same lot. Don't trust them. If it says Parking.com you might be better to park elsewhere.
