Very easy. Attendant was welcoming and helpful. Very good price.

Personable attendant. Clean garage and had my vehicle ready to go at desired time.

The garage attendant had no record of my order and had closed the doors to the garage 30 mins before it was supposed to and wasn't going to let me in. It took 15 mins to convince him to let me park there, at the end it seems to have worked out ok but very frustrating.

Easy to book time, drop the car off and pick up.

Too much time lag whwn compared with SpotHero.
Also i mistakenly ended up paying for >24 hrs because the info was not clearly presented. Granted I was driving at the time but this happens when one can't find parking...

When I got to the garage, I was told they were full and that I wouldn’t be able to park there, even though I reserved a spot through parking.com the night before. After a few frustrating minutes, I was allowed to park but was then charged an additional $18 oversized vehicle fee for my Honda Pilot, which seems absolutely ridiculous. Ended up late to my appointment (ironic, because I only booked this garage since it’s closer than my usual place and I wanted to be very on time) so I had to wait a long time to be seen. Overall, not a good experience. The garages and parking.com need to have better communication so this doesn’t happen to customers.

Convenient parking, but the staff was very helpful and friendly.

They have recently made several improvements tot he app and webiste that makes it easier both for customers and employees to deal with. If they can set it up that you can opt for multiple day purchses at once, instead of having to imput the same info over and over, it would get 5 stars from me!

Quick and efficient and best price in the area.

The app does not work, I am not able to log in, and sometimes I have to book and rebook multiple times, each time getting an error message. Then my credit card gets charged multiple times.

Though the process took a couple of attempts on my behalf, a problem with a parking reservation was resolved as I had requested.

I bought my parking pass online. I purchased “oversized”. I did arrive earlier than my scheduled time, I asked if I could pay the difference and was told no and I would be charged for a super oversize ( I have a Tahoe). The attendant was obnoxious and rude....long story short, Parked two buildings away and paid less...$20.00 less to be exact...

Absolutely no problems coming in, getting checked in and out. Very friendly attendant.

Originally did a 1 star review because I came home upset the parking lot wouldn't accept my voucher. Parking.com immediately contacted me and refunded my money within 3 days. It appears that the parking lot attendant was not properly trained. I don't think I can fault Parking.com for this. I'll certainly try them again. If attendant had been properly trained it'd be 5 stars..........

They took my car quickly, had my record or having pre-paid, returned my car undamaged fairly quickly, and we friendly throughout. Plus I paid half by pre-paying!

so easy to use it saved me money and time ,adjacent to my drs office and it was almost no wait time . Will be using this again . a relief to not have to search for street parking or pay too much for a short stay .
