locked doors
It was easy to get in the garage however when I went to exit a few hours later I went to the wrong level in the garage and could not get back in the building. All the doors back in the building were locked. Thankfully someone was coming out and let me in so that I could go back to the lobby and have security give me access to the correct level. Once I reached my car, it was easy to exit out of the garage.

They have a misleading publicity
They have a misleading sign at the entrance of the garage. They charged me almost the double of the price. Nobody answers the phone or emails.

Clean, method of payment is easy to use. A little struggle when you enter the parking. When the attendant is not present at his desk to provide instructions, there should be a guide how to get to find the scanner sign.

I used Parking.com for the parking my car in Washington D.C. It was really easy to get an overview of free parking areas and to book it. It was also easy to find the garage and to park the car there. As this garage Since this garage has no barriers at the entrance and exit, it would be helpful to provide information that the video surveillance system starts to be used when you enter and that no further registrations are necessary.
