The garage was clean and well lit. The way to walk out of the garage (through an office building lobby) was not the way to walk in (it's a good thing we spoke to a building guard about that). Also, the driving entrance was very difficult to find!

The entrance on fourth Street was closed. There were no directions to the entrance around back. There is no barcode to scan to get in and no barcode to scan to get out.

The location is extremely close to my destination, and there was no hassle entering or leaving thanks to the hands free system.

I had two concerns but both were resolved...reservation had no Bar code or QR on it as many reservations have so I was unsure how garage would know I had paid...a call told me that they have our license # so it will be read. Also finding the entrance was a bit hard since I did not know area and gps didn't either but we found it.

Easy in and out! The only thing is the instructions on the purchase email said take your code that is in the email and scan it at the garage. But there was no code on the email and you didn’t need to scan it. There is a license plate reader that reads your plate and automatically lets you in or out. That should be put on the instructions in the confirmation email.

I entered 1101 4th street SW (the garage address) into my GPS. Arrived and found a barricade blocking the driveway entrance to the garage. Odd. Got out of my car, and walked to the garage door, which was closed. No signs. No explanation. Nothing to explain why the garage was not accessible. Returned to the car and drove around until we came to the “other side” of the building where the entrance to the garage was located. Successfully parked the car. Suggestion: place a notice on the 1104 4th street SW entrance (that GPS took us to) explaining to drive around the block to enter the garage. We had allowed arriving at the garage 60 minutes before the show started at Arena. By the time we parked and walked, we only had 20 minutes to spare. Ask: put up a sign at the obsolete entrance to direct us to the correct entrance. And note on the website how to find the garage entrance. It was very stressful not to easily find the entrance.

I found the location and the price was fair. I was told in the instructions to scan the code upon arrival. There was no code on the pass issued upon purchase. Confused, I called the number on the website. After 3 attempts to reach a live person, I was told the license plate with which I registered would be photographed upon entry and exit, which did occur. I was told different garages have different systems..🤷‍♀️. That wasted my time to have to seek out that information. Perhaps tie the instructions in your data base with each garage address you manage and provide that information to the customer.

Simple on line process

My recent experience was almost flawless. Easy entry, easy exit. However, the instruction to "Please scan your reservation code to enter and exit the garage. You do not need a ticket." was confusing. The garage uses a license plate reader for exit. I'm not sure what it uses for entry; the gate went up when I approached it.

However, on a previous parking adventure, the license plate reader didn't recognize that I had paid. I wound up having to call the parking office who eventually let me out.

I reserved a parking space on that Saturday at 1101 4th St SW Washington DC so I could attend a play with friends at the Arena Stage. I looked online to find a lot that could accomodate my large van which has a height of about 6'8" and your description of this lot, which I have screenshots of, said it could take in tall vehicles. When I arrived expecting to enter easily, instead I found I could not go in at all. I waned my money back but there was no attendant to be seen. I called the number on the front of the lot after having to drive around from the back entrance, but there was no answer. I then went to the play and called the parking lot phone number again. After getting the runaround, the manager came to the phone and said I have to contact Parking.com directly to get a refund of the $17.99 I paid. I then looked up your phone number online but no number would appear from your website nor could I email. I then contacted my bank in order to process a stop on the payment but it was pending so I could not. I can still go through my bank to open the case since I cannot reach your firm directly, but I prefer to have a refund fairly given to me since I could not use the parking lot at all that day. I had to drive around for an hour to find a space where my van could fit in an above ground lot, pay $40, then walk a mile back to the the Arena Stage while rushing to get in before the doors to the play were closed. It led me to have stress and to waste money that I do not have to waste. My son was with me and is a witness to this, and my friends also saw where I had to go park. Will you please give me a refund so that I do not have to go through a long process at my bank? Thank you, Lisa DeBeauville 571 707 6863

There was no bar code or QR code to scan on the eticket I received. Phone numbers given to contact for problems could not help or did not answer. Directions to entrance to get in were wrong as entrance was closed and it was confusing how to go around the back to get in. Luckily gate was open when we arrived and then there was an assistant at the gate to get us out.

The garage was a short walk from the theater. It was super easy to book a spot and the staff were friendly.

The address sent to me was wrong for parking garage. The garage was at 1100 4th Street SW, not 1101 4th Street SW.

Good experience except that the main entrance to the parking garage is closed for construction. Better directions would have been appreciated.

I didn’t like that the garage was closed I followed the sign that said parking on other side went around back and that sign said to park across the street at the other garage. Not a far walk to my event

Easy in, Easy out.

The barcode that was provided did not work so we had to pay the full price to park on addition to the on-line fee. Very disappointing… However, if this review provides a refund, I would rate it a “5”;).
