Hi John, thank you for your review and I apologise that 7am was a bit early for you. Our drivers start at 6:30 so we are able to offer early deliveries for people that need them. It also allows our drivers to finish earlier so that our lorries are off the roads and we don't add to home-time traffic at the end of the day.
On the day off collection you were perhaps unfortunate to be near to a delivery that was requested to be an early one (after the drivers deliver a skip, they then pick one up). If you ever have a preference over what times we need to avoid; just get in touch and we'll make sure we don't disturb you early again.

Psh have let themselves down today especially the guy in transport.
We are currently under taking a massive house renovation. Complete roof off and a new level added the builders have told us around 7/8 months like an idiot i recommend them to PSH as I used them on my last project. This was meant to be a roll in and out service. They have already collected one and dropped another one off this second skip was only half full they turn up to collect it I tried to expain to the driver he was rude and just said well they haven’t ordered another one. Why would we? It’s only half full. Then just turned around and loaded it anyway.
I rang up and spoke with someone who put me through to transport.
What a absolute Moran of a man I spoke with
Rude, aggressive, arrogant, I explained the situation and he wasn’t interested. You’ve had it longer then 7 days and that’s our T&C
To which I replied well then no point
In using you again then is there.
He starts shouting don’t you threaten me bla bla probably about to give himself a heart attack.
When I finally got a word in. I explained no one is threatening you. I’m saying what’s the point in me using PSH for skips on big projects if you’re going to collect every 7 days? His reply was we are very busy and need the skip back and can’t wait for you. 😂😂 and put the phone down on me.
So after having about 10 skips maybe more on 2 projects I will never ever use this company again. And I’ll make sure I tell everyone who cares to listen. I’ll do my absolute best to make sure any members of my family and friends never use this company again.
This is where I would normally say not only have you missed out on another 5/6 skips. You’ve also lost a customer who’s ordered many skips from you in the past and recommended you to many others.

First off, nobody from my end was giving any members of your staff verbal abuse.
One of your staff was Rude aggressive and damn right unprofessional. And got his knickers In a little twist when I said well if your going to collect skips after 7 days on a big project there’s no point in using you again. He went from 0 to 100.
2nd, I’m not the only person to have this issue, from what I see from your reviews. So, instead of Victim blaming. Try and educate your staff, and maybe offer some training in how to deal with customers. Not only did one of your member of staff get aggressive and rude, he also tried to mock me in what I was trying to explain to him.
3rd, what makes you think PSH are that important that I will ring one of the directors and have a chat. I’ve left my review on my experience I won’t use you ever again. And I will tell absolutely everybody who cares to listen what a rude unprofessional company you are.

We are sorry you have felt it necessary to provide a customer review as PSH has not met your expectations, although we are unable to match you to the service you are reviewing.
Furthermore, you have made accusations which are derogatory and untrue, which we feel require clarification for the benefit of our customers.
At the point of placing an order a confirmation is sent detailing the terms of hire and hire period. Subject to availability, PSH will discuss extended hire periods at the time of order or during the original hire period and will always work to accommodate longer term hire periods for ongoing projects.
It is worth noting that we do not tolerate verbal abuse towards our staff members, which sadly on this occasion a staff member was subjected to.
If you would like to contact us directly to discuss any grievances you feel you may have with PSH, a Director will be available to take your call.
Skip delivered on time and in the right place
Skip delivered on time and in the exact place I needed it, cost was competitive too.
I would definitely use PSH again.

Friendly professional service. Worked with the LA to enable skip to be located near the house. Delivered and collected promptly and safely. Instructions were clear and reasonable. Overall, very impressed.
