Pessima esperienza. Il sito sembra fatto apposta per sembrare quello ufficiale, stesso stile, stesso logo… poi però quando ti arriva la penna si vede subito la differenza
La penna che ho ricevuto è di qualità imbarazzante rispetto alle Parker originali che in passato ho comprato da rivenditori ufficiali. Dettagli diversi dalle foto, materiali economici e leggeri, e in generale zero sensazione di avere tra le mani un prodotto autentico. Ho provato a chiedere chiarimenti al servizio clienti ma è stato praticamente impossibile parlarci: risposte lente o inesistenti, nessuna soluzione proposta

Non pretendo la perfezione, ma almeno un minimo di serietà.
Dopo questa esperienza, consiglio davvero di starne alla larga e di comprare solo da rivenditori ufficiali o comunque affidabili.

I ordered a replacement nib from them for a Parker Urban Premium. It was a dud, suffered from ink starvation. I took the feed and nib out of the grip section and it had a strange dusty like plastic surface. Like as if it had been sitting in some factory for months. But it did not really come off with washing. I sent them a picture. They told me it could have even been due to me taking the feed out of its place. I had already done it very often I havent seen something like it before. Did not get a replacement just a 15% discount jeez...

Le pire des services client !
Après avoir reçu le mauvais stylo, impossible de le renvoyer en relais, il faut que j'attende que la société de livraison vienne le chercher entre 8h et 14h !
Impossible de faire autrement.... ils ont un contrat avec cette société! Il faudrait donc qu'en plus de subir leur erreur, j'attende pour le pick-up, ce qui me coûterait plus cher, en terme de temps, que le stylo lui-même. Et si je renvoie ce stylo par mondial relais, ils ne peuvent même pas aller chercher leur stylo au relais à côté de leur bureau (moi je peux perdre du temps, pas eux!)
Alors, je peux le renvoyer autrement, mais uniquement dans leurs bureaux et ce sera à mes frais.
Pour finir Paypal me rembourse le stylo et un peu plus que les frais de retour! hahaha
Quelle idiotie, quand on fait une erreur, on essaie de satisfaire le client me semble-t-il !?

Pen of good quality engraving and good service.
it provided various engraving options of fonts and positions which are way better than other venders. And after I called the sales lady, she was very professional and patient when answering my questions so I decided to purchased from them though the shippment cost was high. I have to say that I was extremely suspicious in the first place when I was trying to purchase the pen from the website which is very 'old-style', and there were tons of negative review on this vender in Trustpilot and my payment failed 3 times then my bank freezed my account.But eventually this pen, as a gift, luckily arrived on time as the lady suggested and the engravings on it look great.

The prices here are low compared to other websites and the product is exactly as described. As far as I can tell, it's genuine (as I say, the product looks exactly like in the pictures from the official Parker website and the box says that it was manufactured in France. Also, the Parker logo is engraved on the pen). I don't give it five stars because the delivery took over two weeks (I ordered the pen on December 22 and it arrived today – the pen was sent from Poland to Spain), and the delivery company (InPost) notified me that the product was ready to pick up one day before it was actually ready.

I had a terrible experience, their website design is confusing and led me to make a mistake. When ordering a gift, I was asked for the recipient's information, but the order confirmation, including prices, was sent directly to them. I contacted customer service to rectify this error and change the email details, but they were unable to assist me. This has completely ruined the surprise element of my gift. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Delivered as advertised. The pen and ballpoint look genuine. Customer service could be a bit more responsive, but after some patience you do get proper answers to your questions. Only, they didn't pick up the phone.

Overall, recommended.

No confirmation of the order, so I got suspicious and indeed when the package arrived it had not the items I ordered. But they assured me I did order those. Funny cause I wanted something only they sell in Europe but sure I order something I don't want....

Everything as advertised, the pens are excellent. Don't get the gift wrapping though, it looks terrible.

Hice un pedido con miedo de que no llegara o que fuera falso, pero todo fue estupendamente. Tardó en llegarme una semana y la pluma es (o eso parece) auténtica, con el grabado tal y como lo pedimos.

I have ordered a Parker Sonnet fountain pen. Because some of the negative reviews I was doubting the trustworthiness so I contacted the manufacturer and they assured me that they are selling real products and no counterfeits. The product came in exactly as described on their website. I had a few questions regarding my purchase and the customer service was very helpful.

Excellent customer service. My personalised Parker Jotter pens arrived quick and unharmed. The girl I placed my order with was really helpful and patient with excellent problem solving skills. I placed my order in email and for every question I had,I received a quick response. In case you want a personalised order I highly recommend contacting their customer service. Communication is key!

Despite being very weary about what appeared to be a website with all the makings of a scam, I am happy to report that I received my order without any issues.
I hope that the above paragraph didn't hurt the web designer's feelings, but bad css formating plagues the mobile version of the website, along with a outdated cart "engine".
I purchased a Parker urban ballpoint, and after opening the pen to change the refill, everything was in working order. I had lost this particular model, which is my favorite, and it just feels good to have it again.
I can't speak for other users, but my experience was phenomenal.

UPDATE TO WEARY CUSTOMERS!
The reason I ended up purchasing from this store was due to some issues I had with a previous retailer where the pen came damaged, and ended up contacting Parker support directly looking for advice after ordering from parkershop.eu, despite not mentioning the websites' name at all.
Funny enough, they answered back suggesting this exact store on their email, in case I didn't trust the previous retailer. So, if even the Parker company suggests it, my earlier review is certainly reinforced.

the site didn’t have a log in, and looking at site reviews, there seemed to be not enough content to validate authenticity and product quality.
so, I am leaving a review as a satisfied customer to testify that the shop is authentic, ships products exactly as described, and the billing, delivery, and authenticity are true. :)

UPS delivery was really fast, and the products were authentic (some minimal reviews warned counterfeit product or delivery scam, but after my first purchase experience, I feel that these reviews were made by some negative minded customers and have need to clarify exactly what the problem was rather than dumping false accusations).

Very fast delivery of counterfeit Parker pens. These are NOT genuine Parker pens. They are very poor quality. Even the ink converters are a joke.

Il servizio è ottimo peccato che la penna che mi abbiano mandato non sia originale.
Controllate sempre che sia impresso il logo con la scritta Parker da qualche parte, di solito è sulla ghiera del cappuccio... non so se è un loro errore oppure, fino ad ora, chi ha acquistato non è abituato a controllare i dettagli che smascherano i fake.
Sto attendendo una risposta per rimandare indietro la penna e farmi restituire i soldi.

Very fast delivery, even though I ordered a customised product. Good quality product, I recommend the shop.
