If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a SCAM, stay away. Very flimsy, cheap fabric, nothing is as advertised (including colour and style of the coat I bought). Temu-style quality at a ridiculous price. Return process not straightforward at all either and states that tags must be present to accept a return, however the item came without tags. Reading other reviews I probably won't bother returning it, as I will lose more money sending this item back to China.

Poor quality, absence of tags, all made in China, and I paid the hooded teal coat "Lorenza Boutique Hooded Coat Deep Teal" $169.99 while today on their website is $80 ? Don't buy from them, it's a real scam.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a coat in the sale that was reduced from over £250 to £68. Although their website looks professional, their products are very low quality. Took ages to arrive and when it did, it was scrunched up in a cheap bag with bits of loose threads from the factory all over it. It was poorly made and looked nothing like the photo on their website. Primark make far better quality clothing than this so called "designer" brand.

Planned on returning as their website states you can, but have now discovered that they do not accept returns on sale items, which is almost everything on their website! They know what they're doing and it's basically a scam.
