Nous avons acheté les billets le triple du prix justifié par une visite guidée qui a été inexistante
C’est une arnaque et du vol . À fuir sans aucun doute en urgence .
Le pire est qu’ils présentent l’offre sur des sites qui semblent sécurisés

Ça reste une arnaque bien organisée .

Le site officiel de la Tour Eiffel est en partie responsable de cette situation car tout peut être fait sur place sans aucun soucis.

Je tiens à partager mon expérience extrêmement frustrante avec Paris Ticket. Nous avons acheté des billets pour la Tour Eiffel pour plus de 200 €, pleins d'enthousiasme pour profiter de cette merveille. Cependant, notre arrivée à 10h04 a été synonyme de désillusion. On nous a dit que nous avions loupé le rendez-vous, ce qui était incompréhensible puisque nous étions là dans les horaires annoncés.

Pour aggraver les choses, aucune possibilité de remboursement ou de reprogrammation ne nous a été offerte. Leurs conditions sont clairement abusives. De plus, leur numéro de téléphone est injoignable, ce qui rend la situation encore plus désespérante.

Je vous recommande vivement de faire preuve de prudence et d'éviter d'acheter vos billets sur ce site. Il est inacceptable de traiter les clients de cette manière. Je suis très déçu et j'espère que d'autres pourront éviter cette escroquerie.

Never got the tickets due to network issues. But my money was refunded on the spot

Do not buy through this company it is a scam . We paid to go up the Eiffel tower and ticket was not valid unless with the tour guide. The tour guide never showed up and we were told we missed the experience which was not true. Waste of £150

Don’t buy from this company . Bought tickets for the Louvre that were twice the price. They didn’t download . Customer service was so rude an unhelpful . Had to repurchase at the museum . Stay clear absolute scammers

They charged us 89Euro for Louvre tickets which was 44euro. The biggest scam ever. more than twice

You get the same tickets for half the price for via other services.
If you complain you will get a standard mail.

I booked tickets for Louvres museum at 89 euros. Receive the payment confirmation but never received the tickets. This website is a scam definitely. The customer hotline sounds amateur and the payment is as broad (Slovenia). Dodgy website should be banned from Internet.

Cancled 5 hours before trip was due to happen. Had booked for 2pm offered alternative of between 7.30pm and 9pm after I had already booked and paid. Do not use this site find alternative.

Got the tickets in time and the website was easy to use!

Everything as expected. ordered a combo ticket. the service was very fast. when i visit paris again i will be ordering from here.

I purchase tickets many times in Paris in this Website, i recommended for all, the tickets price i think little bit higher than other but the customer support its amazing an very king, try this!

Scam. Claim to skip queue. You wait 40 min in queue like everyone else. No reason to book with them and pay extra fees. Use alternative.

40% de frais! C est du vol manifeste
Cela mérite d informer l organisme défense des consommateurs et j irai même plus loin cela me paraît tellement louche qu un contrôle fiscal serait souhaitable 😉

Horrible, don't buy from this bad company.
I bought 3 tickets, for the Eiffel Tower I didn't receive them and for the Louvre Museum the date was wrong, we couldn't get in.
Only from Bateaux Parisiens that we were able to use, this is ridiculous and the amount we paid was expensive, buy directly through the official tour website and not through this SCAM.

WE LOST OUR MONEY.

We tried calling and they didn't answer or respond to emails.

I got my tickets in time, they may be more expensive, but at least they still had tickets. Everyone should learn to read before buying :-)

Very clear already it's a scam. I hope others don't do what I and everyone else here did and book through them. Website looked fine at first glance. Was charged 95€ for tickets then noticed the email was weird and looked online to find these reports. Too many scammers in this day and age. Don't trust anyone!!

The prices for combos are absolutely insane, no added value and completely RIP OFF. I was in a rush and didn`t compare with the prices on site. Also, I thought they will give you a bargain or at least something additional, but NO. I bought the Louvre and Eiffel Tower combo since I really thought it will have a good price. But then I checked in each site`s page and it was even cheaper. When I asked the reason for such a prices, they just stated that it was due to service fee. My question is what service? They actually don`t do anything.
