300€ pour une croisière saint valentin.
À cause "d'intempéries", on nous dit que la péniche doit rester à quai. Ok.

Le problème : Paris Seine impose à chaque client à garder cette expérience (ce sont dans leurs CGV), c'est-à-dire aucun moyen de se faire rembourser.

On se retrouve donc avec une prestation à ~250€, sans croisière. (ils ont remboursé 15% pour l'inconvenu, grands princes)

Lors de l'expérience, ils me proposent une table face des barrières de chantiers (vue sur le quai). Sympa pour une saint valentin à ce tarif. Je finis par négocier une table au milieu de bateau. La nourriture est moyenne, et le boeuf trop cuit (les serveurs ne nous demandent pas la cuisson).

Enfin quelle surprise quand je me rends compte que des dizaines de péniches, elles, peuvent naviguer en faisant dîner leur client... Certaines péniches appartenant même à la société Paris Seine !

Je comprends qu'une société doit faire de l'argent, mais la malhonnête ne doit pas être permise, même sous couvert de CGV.

Nous avons vécu une excellente expérience avec le Déjeuner Croisière Orsay de Paris Seine.

Le Menu est la vraie surprise : une cuisine raffinée et gourmande, très au-dessus de la moyenne pour ce type de prestation. Les plats étaient délicieux et fidèles à la tradition culinaire française.

Le cadre est magnifique : vue imprenable sur les monuments de Paris depuis le bateau Le Grand Pavois. Le service est rapide et très professionnel.

Une parenthèse d'1h30 de pur plaisir. Fortement recommandé pour allier visite de Paris et repas de qualité.

We booked tickets for Bastille Day 2024. The written portion of the instructions was unclear. It stated that the meeting point for boarding takes place at the bottom of the stairs of the Musée d'Orsay (on the platforms). Address: 1 RUE DE LA LEGION D'HONNEUR 75007 PARIS (AU PIED DU MUSEE D'ORSAY).
The bottom of the stairs at the Musee d'Orsay was a metro station. Platform means an elevated surface, so we were on the platforms at the Musee d'Orsay. It is actually at the docks, not the platform. This is an incorrect direction. You must go across the Musee d'Orsay toward the small bridge and go under the stairs to the docks. The docks that day were gated off with a lot of security, probably because of Bastille day and the upcoming olympics. After all the confusion that day I asked security where they board Seine cruise they pointed at the docks. We missed our boat ride due to the area being gated off and the misinformation provided by parisseine.com.

1st- Paris Seine should have informed us about the area being gated.
2nd-The instructions should have been clear and stated it was at the docks, not the platform, and that it was located ACROSS the Musee d'Orsay

I called Paris Seine contact number that day, but they didn't pick up, so I emailed them, and they wouldn't provide a refund. They did offer to reschedule. We accepted; however, due to the Olympics the following week, there were no availabilities. We weren't even able to reschedule. They should have AT LEAST offered a partial refund.

Sadly, I cannot review the quality of the ride, but hopefully, to future customers, this information will help that the cruise is located under the bridge and at the docks across Musee d'Orsay.

Service and itinerary were perfects however we were victims of food poisoning. The source was identified to come from the dinner on board.
