False "Success" status and no support for delayed withdrawal
My withdrawal of ₹4000 (Order ID: 196472870) has been stuck since 22nd May. The platform claims the transaction is successfully processed from their end via light_IMPS, but no funds have been credited to my account.
The support team is absolutely useless. Instead of providing a valid UTR number so I can check with my bank, they are just asking me to show patience repeatedly without giving any deadline. If the standard processing time for IMPS is 24 hours, why is my money still missing? Terrible customer service and lack of transparency. Will change my rating only if this is resolved immediately.
