I ordered The Merchant of Venice Gyokuro and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Excellent communication, careful packaging, and the fragrance arrived in perfect condition.
As for the perfume itself, it is simply unlike anything else. Japanese green tea, peach, delicate florals and a warm sandalwood base. Refined, intimate, and truly special.

Ik ben tevreden.
Ik wilde al langer een parfum van montale uit proberen.
Nu er een afprijzing was, dan toch besteld.

Ondanks de originele roses musk was afgeprijsd, was ik zeer verbaasd.
Bij het openen van de verpakking schrok ik eerst .. ik dacht neee de fles is roze , deze is wit.
En wat blijkt ondanks deze op andere sites gewoon op de volle prijs staat,
Kreeg ik de Limet edition !

Ik ben enorm blij met de parfum! Het pakket werd in goede staat ontvangen, goed verpakt, en wel 3 sampels cadeau.

Ik had de reviews over lekkende parfums gelezen en wist eigenlijk al dat het mis kon gaan. Toch heb ik, tegen beter weten in, besteld. En ja hoor: zodra ik de parfum opende, bleek ook mijn flesje te lekken.

Ik heb direct foto’s gemaakt en deze gemaild. Als “oplossing” mocht ik het flesje op eigen kosten retour sturen zodat zij konden onderzoeken waarom het zou lekken. Dus niet alleen een kapot product ontvangen, maar ook zelf opdraaien voor de retourkosten.

De meegeleverde samples zat nog 1 druppel parfum in dit is geen sample te noemen.

Dit is voor mij onacceptabel. Ik heb mijn verlies genomen, maar hier bestel ik absoluut nooit meer.

First up. This IS NOT a scam website. Everything is 100% authentic. I ordered a bottle of Zoologist Seahorse in the old version wich I couldn't find anywhere else. So of course I had my doubts but everything went smoothly and I received the bottle in perfect condition. Not only that but to my surprise it was also the limited edition wich is even more rare! I also had some problems paying but those were my fault and the customer service handled them perfectly. Great Website, will definitely order again!

Mijn partner en ik hebben beiden een aantal keer hier besteld. En ook vaak vrienden doorverwezen. Altijd een goede ervaring.

Recent hebben wij geen goede ervaring opgedaan. Het voelde voor ons niet zuiver en hierdoor ook besloten niet meer bij Parfumaria te bestellen maar dit voortaan elders te doen.

Le pecche sono prima di tutto le spese di spedizione altissime di ben 30 euro, nonostante siamo in Europa, e poi a proposito delle fialette da 2ml (comprate) un paio di queste non erano riempite neanche a metà, non so se siano evaporare col viaggio, e poi visto che mandano anche alcuni sample in omaggio ho provato a chiederne alcuni in particolare ma me ne sono stati mandati altri.
In conclusione tornerei ad acquistare solo con un ordine collettivo con qualcuno con cui poter dividere le spedizioni.

Te bezoeken alleen op afspraak. Doelend op de openingstijden is dit voor mij onbegrijpelijk.

I ordered a batch of samples (all of the same brand and same value) before, and it was perfect when I received them.
This time, the samples I received (same order, same brand, same value, yes I've read your policy) are less than half the size of the ones I received before.
I emailed them, and they replied immediately to tell me the samples were 1/4 full, as per their policy.
A) they are not 1/4 full (I sent photos of this)
B) the policy does not state that the samples will be 1/4 full
I shouldn't be receiving way less for the same cost.
The only positive I can find about this order was that I received it quickly. Other than that I'm dissatisfied.
I'll certainly think twice before I order from here again.
They reply and say their camera footage shows the vials being filled correctly and that due to transport, the levels may seem different. No, sorry, this doesn't wash.
I have adjusted my score from 2 to 1 stars and will definitely not be placing any more orders here.
Companies like this that refuse to own their mistakes, and that insult their customer's intelligence are the worst. Never again!

There are comapnies which maintain their customer base by being easy going, making gestures, being understanding and reasonable (I myself am such a company owner) and others which immediately refute any issue, and the customer is always wrong. The tone of my communications with this company, and their unwillingness to remotely consider my reasonable explanation, put them clearly in the second category, immediately on the defensive and providing a different reason each time why I am wrong.

Ik heb 10 samples besteld bij Parfumaria. 8 van de 10 waren haast leeg nog minder dan een halve ml. De andere twee waren tot de helft gevuld maar de geur die erin zat was niet de geur die ik heb gevraagd en die ze op het flesje hadden gezet. Het lijkt er dus op dat ze een andere wellicht goedkopere geur in die twee flesjes hebben gedaan. Ik heb vervolgens een mail gestuurd en kreeg een niet zo’n vriendelijke mail terug. Waar ik het op baseer dat de samples fout zijn? Dat ik het mis heb en dat ze camerabeelden terug hebben gekeken. Waarom ik pas na 4 dagen een mail stuur en dat ze nooit samples helemaal vullen. Vooral veel discussie en geen zelfreflectie. Terwijl ik er zeker van ben dat die 2 samples niet klopte. 4 dagen later mailen vind ik ook niet raar ik heb de samples dan ook niet meteen geopend. Samples niet helemaal vullen begrijp ik best maar dit was echt bijna niks en zo kun je niet een geur ervaren. Na de discussie aan te zijn gegaan en een paar keer gemaild te hebben zei ze dat ze €3,90 terug zouden storten. Als ik zogenaamd ongelijk heb waarom zou je dat dan doen? Ik vind als je een sample service aanbiedt dan moet je het goed doen en haal het anders van de website af. Ik zal hier nooit een fles kopen. Het zijn onaardige mensen, niet oplossingsgericht en geven je niet wat je koopt.

Recent heb ik een parfum besteld waarbij in eerste instantie wat met de bestelling niet goed was gegaan. Dit hebben de medewerkers van ParfuMaria keurig opgelost waarbij ze fijn meegedacht hebben. Daarnaast heb ik 3 gewenste testers van andere geuren gekregen. Doordat ik geen tester van de bestelde parfum meer kon kiezen (maximum aantal testers is 3), heb ik een blotter van de bestelde geur gekregen die netjes in een plastic zak zat. Tevreden met de algehele ervaring!

Twee samples besteld, één kapot (zonder inhoud) ontvangen. Dit gemeld, werd mij gevraagd foto's te sturen van de kapotte sample en verpakking.

Week geen reactie gehad, reminder gestuurd. Zonder verder contact crediteren ze de sample terwijl ik de sample juist wou ontvangen. Klanten die klaarstaan een bestelling te plaatsen niet verder helpen is een beetje vreemd maar ze willen blijkbaar liever dat je na het testen van de sample de parfum bij een andere winkel haalt. Your loss

Update: ze hebben na vijf dagen niet reageren een dag na het plaatsen van deze review gemaild EN gebeld. Situatie is duidelijk, uit coulance de review aangepast.
