I do have a suggestion. When Ibplace a double order they pack it all in one huge box which we can’t get in. I have had to send to daughters home and Athen she brings it to us. My husband is 88 and I am 82 and both unable to bring them in. I suggest when orders placed maybe ask All in one box or two. Know it is an extra step to take but isn’t that what customer service is. Going the extra step. Us aging gracefully seniors do have limitations. Thank you and a blessed New Year to All. ❤️🕊️🙏🏻

Very Reliable. I've had a subscription service an have purchased products and from Parentgiving for several years. I have only had one issue and it was resolved quickly and easily. My items come on time and in good condition.

There are not enough stars for the rave review deserved by the Parentgiving product I use, which is the Dry Direct Ultimate Protective Underwear. My husband has Alzheimers and is incontinent. I cannot believe how much this product absorbs and there is never any leakage. That is not the case with Depends or any other product I tried. Now with respect to the delivery, I live in a rural area and Parentgiving uses FedEx which is sketchy for us. FedEx does not always deliver to our door (we have a mile long driveway), but mostly they do. And for some reason, the box in which the product arrives is always really dirty/dusty. We get lots of deliveries and I can testify that only happens with the Parentgiving/FedEx deliveries. I have no idea why that would be...but it is consistently true.
Very Poor return policy
Great products, great people on phones, very poor company return policy. While they will credit you for the product, they won't help or pay for shipping which is almost as much as the purchase itself. I spoke with Customer Service and they won't budge. Company policy...period. Can't do "return to sender" because they use ontrac (vs UPS/US Postal service/FedX) and they won't do "return to sender" so you have to pay for full shipping.
Good products, good people on phones, very poor company return policy policy. Don't have anything change with your order or make a mistake on the order itself!
I placed an order
I placed an order, received confirmation and was charged for it. Only to find out after waiting for it to arrive for about 2 weeks that it was out of stock. I understand this happens however had I know soon after I placed the order I could have made other arrangements. Now I was left scrambling to find a replacement because my monthly subscription was also out of stock. You have a good product just need better communication in instances such as this. We depend on our orders to arrive in a timely manner because we depend on these items.

The fact that you are an American made product & are having supply chain issues is unacceptable - don’t like having to “login “ to apply reward points to get your best price- you should be giving your clients the best price possible without going through all the hassle
