Fast service, but not happy with compensation!
I purchased enhanced compensation as my parcel had a value of £100. However, upon wishing to make a claim I see that china / ornaments are not covered! My buyer's item was slightly broken upon arrival. Not at all happy as this should be made clear when you click on the option for enhanced compensation!

Great and easy to use but wish the pricing had been clearer.
I found the website and the process very easy to use but as a newbie I completely missed the difference between physical weight and dimensional weight. So my only criticism would be that this should be more obvious.

first rate delivery service
great service and at a very good price only suggestion would be for collections,driver to have labels for the parcels as some people cant be trusted to attach the information to the parcel, adding to the cost of a recollection,I would be glad to pay for this service as shop a lot on ebay.

Thank you for your feedback Thomas. We offer the services of City-Link, which are more suited to those who cannot print out their own labels, as the driver and depot do this themselves. An Excellent Service all around.
Parcel2Ship is such a wonderful company to deal with, that means when I have queries about my parcel, they get me numbers and details of local delivery offices so I can get my clients to chase their parcels.
On the phone eash member of staff is ever so helpful.
I have used them since 2 - 3 years once every month or two and that included a lot of parcels.

Excellent - but with a trailer
This was my first use of your service and it was excellent.
However ,I chose to use City Link as the operator and unfortunately they sent the parcel to the wrong address, but they retrieved it and second time of trying they got it to the right address.

There's nothing more you can actually wish from a courier service.
UK to Germany in 3-5days, mostly depending just on the German side.

Courier didn't show up
Very disappointing, booked via parcel2ship and Citylink courier didn't come. Had to ask repeatedly for a refund of the courier charge and no additional compensation was offered. Parcel2ship blaming Citylink, but I was a customer of Parcel2ship not Citylink!

If you can do NOT use CITY LINK
Parcel2ship, have been moving LCC's goods for a number of years now, and the service and support is second to none. I would recommend them every time.
They use a number of carriers to collect and deliver the equipment. Usually we have booked using CITY LINK, due to our experience over the last few months I would suggest you book an alternative carrier from the list they offer. CITY LINK are terrible, their service, attitude and level of care to their clients is non existent and the "Couldn't Care Less" approach to the client is terrible.
