Sick of these brokers who will say anything to get information, then spread it around and hope for the best. These guys (I still have no name!) texted us offering good terms, saying they "can provide funding today." They are not a direct lender, so they don't know that. When I asked who they would contact because we didn't want them to contact our existing lenders, they simply responded asking for our proprietary information AGAIN. They never provided an answer to a single question, and provided no contact information other than an e-mail with a link to an online application. Who would trust this? They clearly just spread your info around and hope to get a lucky commission. Even if they are a legit broker, who would want to be hounded by hordes of respondents claiming to "have your application" and requesting additional information.

About a month ago I was contacted by Eli after doing the initial application process online. I emailed off my documents as requested and then just never heard anything back. This is not uncommon and so I just let it go. Then a few days ago I get contact from Mike. He says he's the funding manager. On email he said I was approved for $13,500. On text he told me I was approved for $20,000 and gave me terms that included $169 daily payback which checked out. I called and got ahold of him and he said he needed my ID and void a check and verification of my bank balances to make sure they were not in the negative or anything which I complied with happily. He told me as soon as I provided these they would have my loan documents out to me immediately. This was on Monday September 28th by 10:00 a.m. I have provided everything that they needed to produce the loan documents. I waited all day on Monday checked my spam folder and nothing came in. I texted Mike and he left me on read and did not reply. I attempted to call both Eli and Mike yesterday and called the main number which is a Google phone and nobody answered I left messages... no one replied to my messages I left emails I made sure that I sent fresh balance verifications on my Banks asked when I could expect the loan documents and they're not answering me. When at the beginning of the month after applying to them they didn't update me on anything or respond to me I just let it go then when they then told me weeks that I was approved and what my terms were and were ready to send a loan documents to me I was pleasantly surprised and now this... I don't know what kind of game they're playing or what their problems are but for their main phone number to be a Google phone and nobody answers their phones or response to emails after they reached out to me to inform me that I was approved? Super unprofessional...
