This place could be really cool

This place could be really cool, but unfortunately it’s overpriced and way too small for the amount of people they let in. Lots of queuing to take pictures of said illusions, which are ok, but look so much better in the advertisements than they are.

We paid £95 for 3 of us and were in there less than an hour. They also charge extra for the zero gravity room, which should be included in the price.

It’s just a real shame that these types of places are so greedy and need to get as many people through the door as possible! It’s all about profit rather than providing a great experience.

Really really poor experience

Really really poor experience, it was so overpriced it's absolutely tiny I was through it in 15 minutes. The staff did their best but it was absolutely rammed and there is nothing there worth seeing it's really hard to take any pictures because there is so many people. It's not worth the money at all. At the very least they need to halve the amount of people in at any one time

Thieves stole my money!

Thieves stole my money!! a glitch in the booking system reset the proposed date and incorrectly booked the wrong dates. After calling customer services to explain, all they could suggest was buying the tickets again as they could not amend or cancel the tickets as per their policy!! In this day and age, to not be able to amend the dates especially with their system error is disgusting a just pure robbery of £51. DO NOT GO NEAR this company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Honestly, I was really disappointed with our visit to the Paradox Museum in London. The whole place is tiny and absolutely not worth the money they charge. For the price of the tickets, we expected a much bigger experience, but you can walk through the entire museum in no time.

It feels like the whole attraction is designed purely for taking photos rather than actually enjoying interactive illusions in real life. Most of the “illusions” don’t even look like illusions unless you’re viewing them through your phone camera, which makes it feel less impressive and more like a staged photo opportunity.

We also made the mistake of paying extra for the so-called “zero gravity room,” which was a complete rip off. It barely moved (about 1mph) and again, it was just another chance to pose for pictures rather than something exciting or immersive. Definitely do not waste extra money on that add-on.

We booked this visit for my boyfriend’s birthday, expecting something special, especially after seeing how amazing it looked online and all over TikTok. Unfortunately, social media makes it look far better than it actually is in person. The reality is underwhelming and nowhere near worth the cost.

Overall, this place is massively overpriced for what you get. Save your money and spend it on something genuinely memorable in London.

Paid £50 for 2x tickets.
Maximum worth should be £5 a ticket & that is being generous. Full of school kids.
Lasted 15-20 mins. It just a glorified picture taking opportunity.Had enough went straight to reception complained & got a full refund.
The only positive thing of experience. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
I only ever put reviews on things if I think they are really good or really bad.
This is not good.

Paradox museum is more a place take pictures

Paradox museum is more a place to take photos using optic ilusion then a museum. The zero gravity room is not a room but a small area that spins you around and someone sets you camera to take video of you. There is no zero gravity, you walk on this spining surface, and we had to pay extra to do it. Very dissapointing.

DESPICABLE cash grabbers.
Their website assigned us the earliest slot at 9:30am (there is no highlighted * if you accidentally do not select a time) - which we cannot make.
Contacted them immediately to explain and modify the time - refused at all turns - "our policy says you can't modify" from three human assistants. We cannot make it, it's a month away, but they're happy to take £120 from us and repeat "computer says no"
Horrid, horrid customer service. We can't do anything else despite contacting them.
Please use your money wisely on other attractions instead.

Does not take 90 minutes

The website says it takes 90 minutes to go around the museum but it took us 30. This is with us waiting at pretty much every exhibit for a chance to interact. At £30 a ticket, it is a total waste of money. Often times I couldn't even tell what the "paradox" was. It's £30 for a few photo opportunities but nothing actually engaging.

Not worth it for full price and customer service is shocking!

I would never had paid full price for this but having gained a 241 we went along. Paid £3.50 each for the zero gravity room, do not bother as it is not worth it.
The member of staff instructing us in the zero gravity room was new and didn't say how to pose so the 60 seconds we were allowed in there were pointless.
I contacted customer service and it appears it's a robot and however you try to contact them or however you phrase the complaint it's the same standard response, absolutely no care for the customer experience whatsoever and unable to own up to their own mistakes. Anyone out there looking for refunds or unhappy with the end result is completely ignored.

RIP OFF
Due to system error and I was charged twice. Company have refused to refund £165 to me. Utter rip of and thiefs. The museum itself is expensive and boring. All about taking pictures on your phone. Not worth the money...nevermind being charged twice. Would not recommend to anybody....don't waste your money

Thieves. Avoid

I bought 9 tickets through Fever for Paradox museum and the anti grav experience for last Sunday. On the Friday before I received this email from Fever:
"Due to technical reasons, The Zero Gravity Room will not be fully operational. The room itself is operational, but it will not be possible to record the guests' experience."
When we arrived on Sunday we were told by staff that the experience was cancelled as thr room was unsafe and we would be refunded. When I asked for the money back I wad told yo contact fever as I had bought the tickets through them.

Twice, have received this response from Fever:
Thanks for your message.
"As stated in our Terms of Use, our policy is that tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified.
We’re sorry for any inconveniences caused. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any other questions—we’re always happy to help."
This response is unreasonable as Paradox cancelled on me. As their ticket agent it is their job to claim the money back from Paradox and refund me.
I'm sure I'm not the only customer they are ripping off.
It's a shame the minimum star rating is one, if possible I would rate ZERO.

No Refunds

I thought it was strange that we had to book a timeslot. This is not a restuarant with a fixed number of covers, not is it a theatre with a fixed number of seats. It is a walk-through experience. Then it became clear. In Law services booked on-line have to give a full refund with 14-days of booking if requested EXCEPT if it is a timed event. They will also not reschedule less than 48-hours before the timeslot. Be aware that if you are unable to attend due to illness, train cancellation or anything else that is not your fault you will lose your money.

Hard to know if good as couldn't get in

Arrived at booked timeslot to be told after 20 mins queuing that there are further queues upstairs. Piccadilly line closed causing problems for people arriving in their timeslots creating delays. We used buses and ran to meet our timeslot. Only in London for one day we did not want to waste time queuing. Informed no refunds allowed only new day allocation available. No good for us. Opted to take advice to go away and come back after 5 as will be quiet then. Arrived at 6 queue still hanging out the door. Did not even approach as had a train to catch at 8. Wasted lots of our one day travelling to Knightsbridge and back for nothing. Wasted 45 quid. Ok piccadilly line was not their fault but allowing the timeslots to go out of sink was. And no refund policy when clearly their end of the deal not met was unfair. London is full of tourist for whom different day allocation is not appropriate.
