DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Please believe me when I tell you to avoid this company at all costs. I had windows installed with them in 2020. Everything seemed ok at the time, until I have recently discovered, after a lot of testing, that the installed double window in the front of my home has been leaking down the side of the window framing for the last six years. When the rain hits the window pain and runs down into the track the water funnels directly into my CBC and makes its way into my interior wall. Due to it only presenting a problem when the rain is hard enough to hit the window pain, as I have a slight overhead over the window, it has gone undetected for all these years. I had no clue until my baseboards began to peel away and the drywall became soft in the area. In order to plug the leak the windows need to be disassembled as the water seeps in underneath the install. I have no way to fix it myself.

Frustrating but at least I can call them and speak to them regarding their "Lifetime Warranty" that comes with the windows. Wouldn't you know, the warranty doesn't cover the window installation because it occurred 6 years ago, but they can come out for $600 to assess the windows that were incorrectly installed. They offered no other solution or help in the matter. I am disgusted with this company and read some negative reviews prior to going with them but figured it was just a few bad apples, big regret. Please take my advice and find a better company that has integrity and values their customers. These people do not.

And if you do make the mistake to call them do not fall for their lame sales pitch where they will throw you some large initial quote but will be willing to "talk to their manager" to work with you on a better price. Its all BS and a scam. That should have been my first sign that this place has no values.

On September 16, 2025, I met with a Paradise Exteriors sales representative who first quoted me $113,000 for window and door replacement. After a few “calls with the owner,” the price was lowered to $82,000 on the condition that I sign the contract and pay a $5,000 deposit that same evening. I was assured that under Florida law, I would have three business days to cancel without penalty.
The following day, I emailed the sales representative to cancel. On the morning of September 19th, within the three-day cancellation window—I hand-delivered the signed Notice of Cancellation to their office. Mark Hildreth, Vice President of Operations, signed and misdated the document for September 20 instead of September 19, which would have made it appear I missed the deadline. When I later checked the form in my car, I noticed the incorrect date. I immediately returned to the office, where an employee tried to white out the error; I insisted on a new signature and correct date.
Despite complying fully with Florida Statute §501.025, which requires refunds within ten business days of cancellation, Paradise Exteriors failed to return my $5,000 deposit. When I called, they said it was in review and they actually have 14 days. I reached out to the sales rep and asked to investigate it , I spoke to an employee at a booth they had set up and had him send a strong message back to the owner. None of that helped me get my deposit back, until October 15, 2025—more than three weeks later—I had an attorney send a certified letter. Only then did the owner personally call and hand-deliver the refund that evening.
Based on my research, this appears to be a recurring practice. Public complaints show other consumers waiting for refunds after cancellations. Paradise Exteriors currently has 37 BBB complaints in the past three years.

Paradise installed 6 cat5 hurricane doors for us. They provided a fair price then matched a lower price within the 10 day period provided. There were a few install problems - a door knob and water on a threshold which created concerns. I got little satisfaction from the individual set out for the company inspection and called Eric immediately. Eric came out to appraise what I was taking about. He then sent out Sergio Del Solar to address all my issues and to complete the molding screw covering. Sergio was fantastic. He took his time to understand what my issues were and rectified each one. Then provided alternatives for me to choose from to cover the molding screws. Sergio’s work was impeccable- he is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work.
I feel Paradise provided quality doors at a more than fair price and thanks to Sergio - to my install expectations

Very disrespectful people, they don’t care about their clients, they ignore the the clients questions and concerns, overpriced the project plus bad service is a red flag for contacting this people.

I never got to experience an install. this company sold me on a product then tried to switch me to something else via an email order acceptance without showing it to me. Upon insistence, sales person came back with product which did not meet my needs. I rejected. Since that time, production manager has not once gotten back to me when he has promised; has had me chase him, and they have seemingly no solution; nor have they offered to return my significant deposit. I am now uncomfortable working with a company that does nothing that they say they will do. Buyers beware. I am going to report them to the Village of Wellington. My husband works for the city manager.

I am absolutely thrilled with the new hurricane impact windows and doors installed in my home by Paradise Exteriors! From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing shy of exceptional. The installation process was incredibly smooth with super-fast turnaround. The level of professionalism from team Paradise was evident in every aspect—from the initial consultation to the final touches.

What truly stood out was the top-notch customer service. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive; making sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely comfortable with the choices I made. The pricing was both fair and competitive; especially considering the high quality of products used and the superior service provided.

I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. My home feels much more secure and looks fantastic!

If you seek high end hurricane impact windows and doors, it is with great pleausre that I highly recommend Paradise Exteriors!

LET ME TELL YOU HOW RACIST THIS COMPANY IS!!!!! The owners wife TINA BECKNER is the MOST racist person you will EVER come across. She nit picks you and asks you to do ILLEGAL things like NOTARIZING PAPERWORK WHEN A CLIENT IS NOT PRESENT! Says to tell them this on the phone because if they go to court and its in the notes then they CAN get in trouble. This company UNDER pays you and expect you to do whole damn alphabet and NOT compensate you. You have to ASK for a raise to get ANY acknowledgement for the hard work you do. Their systems SUCK. They do NOT care about the clients as you can see from the below comments, they only want YOUR MONEY. Thats it, they only care about themselves, no one else, they dont even have a stable HR department to report things. She thinks you can just terminate people without probable cause. GOOD LUCK trying to find someone who will work and do EVERYTHING i did. This company goes through employees like crazy and tries to change everything up and add on work to people who are already overworked and DONT EVEN OFFER EXTRA MONEY. This company is going to SINK. Do your research, they have sooo many law suits because they SUCK, they pay people off to NOT post on platforms or to remove their reviews. The labor department is going to have a field day with this racist company that treats their employees like straight poop. If you go in to get a job, dont believe the job description and DONT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY TELL YOU THE CAP!!!! They will NOT pay you that cap and EXPECT you to do SOOOOO MUCH. Then when you complain, they give it to another manager who is ALREADY overworked!! This office has favoritism and its sad but hey GOD DONT LIKE UGLY. God will play out vengeance, imma just sit back and watch as this company sinks on its own. Yall BE AWARE.

Paradise Windows started their sales pitch off more aggressive than any other window company I've worked with. So the price haggling began pretty quickly. Days after we had already agreed on a final price, even after running my credit, and paying the down payment; Paradise Windows saw that they under bid themselves and reneged on the deal. They left me with an unnecessary hard credit pull and out of a down payment. A honest company would honor their word especially if it was on paper and already in motion.

The Red Flags were present from the beginning of our interaction. Please be aware folks!

I need YELP to have a ZERO or negative number review! DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS!! I saw a discount circular in my mail, and being new here, I reached out to them ! Told the rep on phone —-I’m paying cash and starting out doing 2 windows ONLY! They still agreed for the estimate .
Guy comes out and I told him , I wanted some other estimates but it had been a challenge getting estimates because I was paying for 2 windows initially. Guy sat in my living room, showing videos , and gave a nearly 2 hour presentation. Im a single woman and thought this was standard. Guy quoted me $5700 for 2 windows (one of which was a small window over my kitchen sink ). Then when I refused…. Picked up the phone and did what I now believe was a fake call back to his manager . Suddenly the price went down to $4500 but I’d need to give a 10% deposit that day, and allow them to take my picture with their sign for advertising. I’d also have to put a sign in my yard . I took the bait! . Guy took my check for $450 stating , “ I won’t deposit it . You can call me in 3 days after you get more estimates and , if needed, you can cancel by phone with no obligation .” I told him it had been difficult to get estimates and might need more than 3 days—- He then said 10 days to cancel . I trusted him and signed the dotted line. My foolishness for not reading it closely .
Call the same salesman to cancel it on day 4 after signing . Suddenly, he can’t help and I need to call the store. Immediately, a manager picks up the phone and is BEYOND rude! Dude yelling that I had only 3 days to cancel and even then, I’d have to put the cancellation in writing and BRING it into their store!! What ????? He quickly told me I should’ve read the fine print and they’d be keeping my $450 check !!! These guys are crooks!!!! Do not trust them !! Wish to God I had requested he put that call on speaker ! Betcha it was fake !! I’m livid but glad I only lost $450. I can’t imagine them being trustworthy after the work! Then had the audacity to tell me the only way I could get my $450 back was to move forward with the job. NOT!

Last March had 7 windows, a front door and replaced SGD with French door. As with any remodel or construction it wasn't fast enough. I am quite happy with the results. All the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Cut down on street noise and neighbors dog barking noise too. I was hoping for a big drop in electric bill but we have 3 adults working from home now so it's not as much as I wanted. Glad I changed to impacts.

No complaints at all. It was nothing but great service from the ordering process, installation, and customer service. 10/10 company.

Paradise exteriors canvassed our neighborhood and decided to schedule an appointment with them. After speaking with their sales rep Jay Spoelting, we were very impressed and decided to purchase energy-efficient, impact windows for the rear of our home and they are amazing! So much quieter! We no longer hear the traffic on the busy street in our backyard! They are also beautiful and the installers did an amazing job! Finished the job in less than a day and cleaned up everything and even repaired the walls! Highly recommend Paradise Exteriors! Thanks guys!
