My bad for trusting there in house reviews. (Assuming they were created by pw employees) They create the illusion that they are state side. Can not contact directly 2-3 day response. To date the biggest purchase regret. Still waiting 14 days and counting. Finally received not worth the price paid. Seems like all interaction is by AI generated responses. Live and learn.
