Disapointed
Still waiting for my order which is going on three weeks. Called the number for Pantry Paratus "talk to a real person", should state talk to a real person on the answering machine. Left a message and no one ever contacted me, this has been over a week ago.
Received an email stating that my order was being shipped directly from the factory, so I guess this means don't bother us, not our problem.

If for some reason we were unable to answer the phone, we return calls within 24 hours Monday-Saturday, although we were off this past Friday due to the holiday. We do not show any outstanding calls--perhaps it didn't record for some reason? We are very sorry that we've missed your call somehow! Did you receive a tracking number from us? Great experience though a little pricy
While I enjoyed the experience of my purchase and I love my dehydrator. I did buy it as a special. When I have returned to the site I feel like their everyday prices are a little high. I would recommend searching various sites before making a purchase.

I received what I ordered, fast
I love having soft butter... ready, not waiting till it finally gets soft. I ordered 5 full size Butter Keepers for me and a few for gifts. I also ordered heat diffusers to use on the stove for glass or ceramic - Bed Bath & Beyond didn't have them & couldn't find them on their internet!

Exceptional American business
I appreciate that they gave my Chop-rite meat grinder order a fast push so I could get my venison ground. I found this company after a frantic search when my Cabela's Chinese grinder suddenly wore out after only three deer.
Obviously the Cabela's was cheaper but I didn't know any better at the time.
Now I have an American product that will last more than a lifetime. Thank you.
