Having a 6mos contract with them was a roller coaster. It was not perfect but they always try their best to meet your expectations. And they always did. Contract was sent in a rush, with errors.
On the agreement it states that panda needs to meet or surpass the benefits given by the client company, but when that is mentioned by the candidate during the negotiation phase, it turns out there is not enough budget to cover that and if you disagree they will find another candidate because "your current request is over their budget"
