Our 2024 model smart TV is just the worst device I have ever used. Response to remote is really slow (several seconds often), it locks up, fails to respond at all and turns on ina random location - so... Zobacz więcej

microwave failed within 1 year
microwave failed within 1 year. They told me it was not how i had used it but then argued it was rust and not covered under warranty. i escalated but they agreed. awful product and awful customer service.
repair and guarantee problems
I needed to organise a repair for an air fryer which started leaking from the bottom after only a few months use - but as the fault was intermittent and I could not be sure the repair contractor would be able to replicate it, I couldn't go ahead and risk being charged more than the appliance was worth. Panasonic would not intervene with their contractor, nor provide me with a high level complaints route to progress the issue. I thought for me, the guarantee was not worth having as a result.

Purchased an expensive £2000 camera in january 2025 . Never got to use it as i spent 3 months in hospital and 3 months recovering .
Opened the box September 2025 and the camera has a faulty card slot and panasonic will not help but send me to there only service centre in the uk which has more negative reviews than i have ever seen on any company .
They wont help me despite a camera being faulty out of the box and no way am i shipping it to their service centre which has dozenss of reviews saying they have damaged goods and denied doing so
I will nerver ever buy another panasonic product and advise anyone into photography to stick to Nikon or Canon that have there own service centres world wide and have first class customer service
Panasonic FireTV sucks
My Panasonic FireTV pumped up a notification, there's new message so I click on it to take a look. Then it went all black all of a sudden. Tried all means of method to fixed it but no change, still stuck on the FireTV login page. Contacted the service online chat and referred me to Martin Dawes for help. Called them and they said it need £99 maintenance fee as the warranty expired (12 months warranty only).
Obviously there's FUNDAMENTAL SYSTEM DEFECT. Or it probably is the message that makes corruption within the system. It cannot be broken like this if we normally use it.
What I want to ask Panasonic is that, I should not open the new message even it shows up? Is it a false step to open a new message?? I can't believe that what made my Panasonic TV broken, is Panasonic!!
Be aware and think carefully before you want to purchase one.
Worlds worst customer service??
Ordered a Panasonic microwave after our UK built one failed after 25years service
3 microwaves later. 58 emails including videos and loads of image eventually decided to get my money back this after 7 months
Product quality is very poor but customer service is worlds worst
I've just purchased after my last one…
I've just purchased after my last one packed up after 15 years. Because it was such a brilliant piece of kit I decided to replace it with another Panasonic unit. So I purchased a 55Z80AEY. After 5 days of trying to set it up I'm still no further forward. It is the most user unfriendly TV I've ever owned, it just does what it wants to when it wants to. What a useless piece of junk!
Weeks of complaints without a…
Weeks of complaints without a resolution. Request for Deadlock Letter ignored. I need this to further my complaint to an arbitration or ombudsman service.
The air conditioning installed does not work as described, with misleading information in their descriptions and web pages. Despite forwarding their own wording and information that would be available to the installer that confirms that I have a legitimate complaint, they do not want to know. Using their 'Approved Installer' has been worthless. Panasonic take no responsibility for installation and in the very small print in their warranty they try to get out of any suggestion that their installer should know about the products they are installing. Of course the installer is now suffering from sudden loss of memory in that he does not recall the information he provided to me, which is incorrect. In any case the ac does not work in the way Panasonic's own spec states. How about paying out for a fixed ac unit only to discover that you still need a fan!? Or....that the air cleaning facility has a dead area, as does the fan, and that there is no way of actually knowing whether this is working and if so how well. Added to this the blinking lights of the unit shine brightly, even when covered, as the case of the unit is so thin they shine through it and the dim facility only works when it feels like it. Sometimes it blinks on and off during the night. As it's in my bedroom..... Great!!
Disgraceful company
If I could give Panasonic no stars I would. The bulb in my microwave started to go out within nine months of purchase. After countless phone calls to Panasonic and the retailer I was told the bulb isn’t covered by the warranty. They said I could get it repaired myself but I enquired with the local service centre how much it would cost and they said £130 which is more than I paid for the microwave. I am still trying to battle with Panasonic but they claim they never receive my emails, even one I sent to their CEO. I am at my wit’s end as their customer services are useless and quite patronising. I don’t know how they can absolve themselves of their responsibility to repair what is a faulty piece of equipment that they have installed in their appliance.
10 months and microwave is flaking inside
Bought microwave. After 10 months the £180 microwave has had paint flake off from the inside. Just my use apparently, nothing to do with poor product manufacture.......this within 10 months. Disgusted in their attitude.
No support when Panasonic microwave CAUGHT FIRE…
2yo Panasonic microwave CAUGHT FIRE today! Our NN-ST45KWBPQ is infrequently used and cleanly maintained (without food debris). My 13yo daughter was heating water in a mug (45 seconds) before the device caught fire, producing actual flames! When I told Panasonic support about this huge SAFETY RISK, they only directed me to self-funded repair technicians, with no effort at compensating any part of my massive outlay (almost £200!). Terrible safety standards and support - do NOT buy this microwave which is still stocked by AO!!
34L Inverter Combination Microwave Oven
34L Inverter Combination Microwave Oven
Bought ours 28 weeks ago. Noticed rust spots. Panasonic couldn’t care less. Saying, it’s our fault. Even though it was meticulously cleaned.
We bake two cakes (local charity) each week – time 30mts per cake, 1 hour per week. It is used for breakfast, 2 mts per day, 14 mts per week.
Standard ‘automatic’ reply requesting: full address and contact number, type and quantity of food that was being cooked when this issue occurred, serial number of the unit, pictures showing where the microwave oven is placed within your kitchen, photos of the cavity (interior of the unit). As my wife and I are of a ‘certain age’ sending the photos was a challenge.
The microwave is now deemed UNSAFE to continue using.
Panasonic deliberately stall & issue repeatedly ‘stock’ response to make customers give up and go away! Large company vs the ‘little guy’ syndrome.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
We have contacted the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman after requesting a, ‘Deadlock’ letter from Panasonic which arrived VERY quickly! Indicating that Panasonic automatically go down this route on a routine basis. Possibly using AI to generate ‘auto’ responses.
28 weeks old, 34.5hrs usage and nearly £300 – now useless!
Bottom line: DO NOT BUY PANASONIC
Worst ever customer service
Purchased a CD player, it arrived and was defective, contacted CS and was then passed to another department. Spoke to someone who told me to carry out a reset, he stayed on the phone and agreed it was defective. He told me that he would email a returns label, this never arrived. Since then I have had 5 emails all stating different things, 2 live chats telling me something else.
So far, No returns label, no courier collection date, no replacement and no refund. Next step is to take it up with my credit card company. Do not use this company, you have been forewarned.
Poor Quality
Had an expensive Panasonic microwaver just under 3 years with VERY light use and the magnetron has broken. How can this be? my previous machine I had under heavy use for 30 years!! Not a panasonic tho.
Not impressed and wont be buying another.
Is it worth paying a lot of money? I very much doubt it

At Panasonic UK,just to send back an unwanted item takes ages. For every email replay, take them two days to respond. In this pace,I will rich my pension age.Rubbish!
Panasonic could not care tuppence
Panasonic could not care tuppence. I will never buy a phone of theirs again. Three rings then it goes onto voice mail and lately a horrendous tone if there’s no answer. Only good thing about it is you can see who is calling. So never again. They say final message and there’s never one! Crazy company.why bother with reviews they are not interested.
Bought a Panasonic 40" 40MS360B Smart…
Bought a Panasonic 40" 40MS360B Smart Full HDTV just over a year ago. Pretty good while it lasted, but they are clearly designed and programmed to last until just after your warranty period has ended. Warranty ended one month ago, and out of the blue the TV has suddenly broken. Wouldn't recommend going for this brand if you'd like a TV that lasts longer than one year.
Contacted Panasonic regarding a bread…
Contacted Panasonic regarding a bread machine that was still under warranty they arranged for a repair and after 2 weeks it was returned to me after making a loaf in the repaired bread machine I had the same problem so rang pansonic they told me to change the recipe and add lemon juice I told them I wanted a replacement machine they were not interested. I would never ever recommend Panasonic again to anyone buyer beware.
RUST BUCKET
I purchased the microwave as it had a two year warranty. 18 months later, despite wiping the interior after each use ( it has a LOT of condensation) it has rust on the door. Apparently rust isn't covered under the warranty (they should make the product better so that condensation isn't an issue) so IMHO it is either not fit for purpose or it is a shoddy cheap design. Either way, you should avoid buying! Pictures are available
Panasonic digital cordless…
Bought Panasonic digital cordless phones. Absolutely useless. It doesn't alert if messages have been left. If I press alphabetically on the address book incorrect numbers come up eg no 8 TUV I get my grandson's name which begins with Z. If I press 9 WYTZ I get my cotacts whose names begin with A.
As requested I sent a video of me pressing these numbers, the first one they said was in the wrong format. My grandson then corrected the video. Panasonic have asked me to send it again!
I have given up. My old BT phones which were over 10 years old were far superior.
I will never buy Panasonic again.
panasonic hifi stay well clear buy better
i have just purchased a panasonic SC-PMX802E-S Wireless Multi-room Traditional Hi-Fi System from Curry's. And must tell you to AVOID. It's the 2nd WORST item i have purchased. The 1st was a Panasonic smart TV (but thats another 1 star review). The SC-PMX802E-S Hi-Fi System has to be the worst ever. Yes it sounds ok, but thats it, the firmware is full of bugs. Programming the preset channels is near on impossible. You set the first preset station, but setting the 2nd just fails. You need to wait ages when powering off, first you get about 4 to 5 second wait message then another 5 seconds to the display to say goodbye, a thing from the stone age. Display scrolling is so dated, it's in block letters & like almost watching teletext all over again from the 80s, slow and unreadable in some cases. And the radio station scrolling has to be set every time you turn on the hi-fi. Alot of stuff you done before turning off needs to be set again. The firmware really needs a 2025 update asap to FIX all the bugs. On a good note, it do sounds OK but not the best audio from Panasonic on the SC-PMX802E-S Wireless Multi-room Traditional Hi-Fi System. Is it worth over £500 Answer: NO 100% not worth it. Its a £250 - £300 item. It's rated as a premium product when I would class it as a panasonic entry level product compared to items what panasonic use to make a few years ago. It's an item, maybe you would buy a teenager for the bedroom if it was not so over priced. Not really as a main living room system unless you want your friends to laugh at you.
