Panasonic breadmaker SD-B2510. Disappointing

This breadmker has produced only brick-like, dense loaves.
Clearly the bread has risen at some point, then collapsed. Tried different varieties of yeast and flour - same issue with all of them.
This is our 4th Panasonic breadmaker. The others all produced excellent results to begin with, then after a few years began to fail in exactly this way from time to time until eventually they were only producing bricks. Very disappointed that we haven't had the usual period of delicious light bread.

In addition the design of the machine has changed. While the side-to-side proportions may suit some kitchens better, the control panel window is now right at the back of the machine facing up on the top surface. This is not much below eye height. The lighting and contrast is poor, which contributes to making it very difficult to decipher. Might be easier for a very tall person. The old front-to-back orientation used to have the window facing forward on the front - this was so much easier to see.

I bought a new TV and went to change aerial cable and socket came out of the back of the TV they say that it was a accident and is not covered after over half a hour on phone I gave up the TV is only been used for 2 days and now going in landfill at £450 out of pocket WHAT A LOAD Of RUBBISH

PANASONIC 84% of your customers are unhappy on Trustpilot

Panasonics customer service is shocking , my TV had connection issues , I also have a Sony and a Samsung tv and many other devices that connect to my router which all work fine But Panasonic would not accept it was their fault , they don’t have their own repair Center which is worrying and speaking to staff they told me lots of their TVs have connection issues !!! This tv is still under warranty which doesn’t work and Panasonic still and won’t sort the problem.
I noticed 84 % on trust pilot have only given them a 1 STAR RATING !!! !this is shocking and speaks for itself. Need I say more.

Don't buy Panasonic.

Had Panasonic microwaves over the years and have been pleased with the product so didn't feel the need to check reviews, big mistake. Ordered a 32L direct from Panasonic arrived okay but when I used it there was an electrical burning smell coming from the vent, I assumed it would go after some use but it never did, contacted Panasonic and informed them of my concerns that it might catch fire (I am a retired Firefighter) Thats when the two month farce started, they asked for photos of the microwave. The ones I sent weren't good enough so they asked for more, I told them it wasn't possible to smell a photo they then asked loads of question I assume trying to make it my fault ie what do I cook, how many times do I use a day, do I use microwavable dishes. This went on for weeks when they finally said they would look at it I said I use it everyday and need a replacement, they refused so I decided to live with the smell, they then got back to me with a threat, If I don't return it my warranty would be void, they finally agreed to send a replacement but only after they had received my one. Then they blatantly lied about the delivery date and I was left with no way of cooking for five days. After months of emails I have a new microwave and hoping it works properly but wont ever buy Panasonic again.

Bought a Panasonic combo microwave…

Bought a Panasonic combo microwave oven. Really disappointed as it broke down 2 weeks out of warranty. Panasonic wouldn’t acknowledge the fact that a combi microwave should last longer than 54 weeks. They make vague statements about possibly helping you financially with costs but no guarantee. The item cost £191.40 money wasted. Avoid this company their products are second rate. Tried to get a result via Citizens advice. The law is stacked against you typical Britain look after the big boys first not the customers.

Bought a Panasonic Combi microwave from…

Bought a Panasonic Combi microwave from Curry’s on 30th December 2023. The paint on the casing of the microwave is chipping away due to the door having a metal inset which is touching the casing when closed, so therefore it’s metal to metal. I contacted Panasonic and a collection was arranged. I feel this is a manufacturers fault and tried to explain to several sources, but no by lessened. The machine is working perfectly but then I received a call from another source and was asked to pay a £49 charge before they would take it. I was told that if it was a manufacturer fault I would receive my monies back, if it wasn’t then they would keep it. I feel like I’m being blackmailed as I have a 1 year guarantee, what’s the point. A manager finally called me back after complaining for 3 days, said this is the procedure and refused to give me his surname. A terrible company, will never ever buy Panasonic again. All the staff are working from home with a couldn’t care less attitude.
I have just been in touch with a very helpful lady from Citizens Advice and she informed me that I need to go back to Curry’s and take the microwave, receipt etc with me and speak to the manager as the item is not fit for purpose and it’s Curry’s that I have a contract with NOT the manufacturer. Do watch this space.

I bought a 43 inch panasonic tv in may…

I bought a 43 inch panasonic tv in may 2023 .Within a month the tv was defective the picture would stop and the sound would carry on. The after service from panasonic was non existant .They kept saying it was a soft ware problem and would be rectified soon.Soon went on until Dec 23 when I recieved a refund .I would never buy another panasonic t v

Brought a Panasonic microwave 30-10-23.
Caught fire last week.
Panasonic useless, trying to blame food splatter for catching fire!!
No food splatter on any photos sent, only used 6 times from new!!
Photo of inside clearly shows the guard has caught fire.
AO will only refund half the purchase cost, because it’s been used!!!!

Bought a Microwave NN-SF464M - had the model before (virtually the same) for about 12 years. this one lasted less than 2. For the £200 range that is pretty poor - apparently they have downgraded their once great quality.

Avoid this brand

Avoid this brand, I bought Panasonic batteries as I believed they were a reputable brand. They held charge for 2 days in a carbon monoxide detector. I'm home after major surgery...the beeping and being able to fix it was a real problem. Buying a name brand ..Panasonic I though I'd bought quality- No. Contacted customer service with the packet details (luckily kept to recycle the old 9v) ...they couldn't care less and wanted me to magically be able to visit where I'd bought them. Terrible. Avoid Panasonic batteries

Did I say avoid these these clowns. They seem to do everything to stop you returning anything to them. I wonder why. They also fail to reply to any reviews.
I bought a microwave from Panasonic online. It is too small you cannot even fit a standard size dinner plate in it.
Trying to arrange to return it has been a nightmare. I tried their automated system twice both time it appeared to complete ok but nothing happened.
I tried their chat service part way through he ended the session before it was resolved.
I then emailed their customer service dept. I immediately received a reply saying they would not be dealing with my complaint because I did not have an incident no. A complete joke of a company!!! Please AVOID.

DP-UB820EBK smart blue ray player Three weeks after contacting head office regarding my player black screening and turning off of own accord I am still being given the run around. there repair agents will not pick it up head office still investigating just procratination Zero action Great product when it works but a pain a sonic to get to work. Might put a solicitors letter in to them as even when promised a Manager call back still zero responce

Faulty Panasonic microwave

Bought microwave recently and on first use it filled kitchen with acrid smoke and was on point of bursting into flames had we not managed to unplug and make it safe. This was a terrifying experience and Im only grateful my husband happened to be in the kitchen at the time. Next day we got full no hassle refund from Argos but when I complained to Panasonic they refused to take any responsibility and kept referring me to the user manual.. as if it was our misuse of the microwave that caused this. It was clearly a fault in the electrics but they actually said they would not respond to any further emails on the subject as they had closed the case. This is not the kind of customer care expected from a major brand. I was left helpless and furious at what could have been the ver serious outcome from this faulty microwave. Therefore I will never recommend panasonic as a company, their customer care is absolutely non existent and their products are potentially extremely dangerous.

Panasonics warrantys aren't worth a…

Panasonics warrantys aren't worth a bean. My Lumix camera had a fault within the warranty period and it was sent to their appointed repairers, DK Audio Visual. They said there was no fault and wanted £23 to return it to me. Panasonic believed them but did pay the £23 and the camera was returned to me. I bought the camera from John Lewis so I took it to a store, they saw the fault straight away and immediately did a full refund. Panasonic customer care is the Pitts.

Not so Smart TV

Ordered 32" Smart TV th. Sept.2023.
Delivered 19th. Sept. 2023.
Unpacked unit and assembled as Per Panasonic Instructions.
Attempted to Switch on TV as per Panasonic Instructions. TV DID NOT SWITCH ON.
Altogether i recall having 11 email concersations with Panasonic Care including 3 Chat lines none of which was any help at all.
Being asked if i had switched the electricity mains on
If i had tried a different Mains lead and or Plug. Was the TV plugged in and is there a red LED light when
attempting to switch it ON. Requesed me to send a video of the TV not switching ON. Was there any other device connected to the TV whilst trying to switch it ON.
I realise that the reason for all these stupid
suggestions, basically inferring that i must have been a bit simple minded,were because the team were trying to Help the situation.
However they eventually came to the conclusion that the TV was in fact faulty, and arranged for it to be collected and returned to Panasonic on 3rd. October 2023. Refunded 6th. Oct. 2023

Warning, do not buy directly from panasonic their customer service when things go wrong is deplorable. If you must have a panasonic product buy it through Currys or other retail merchants.
