The coffee was old and dry
The coffee was old and dry. We were extremely disappointed. We have had that coffee many times in the past, usually get it whole bean, but this time it wa so old that it tastes old. Sad day for us

I love your products
I love your products! I have not tried my specialty coffee yet, but I am sure it will be amazing! DHL shipping was a bit mis-aligned this time and with what they charge, they should do better (that’s no reflection on you), that’s on them. Ya’ll are just great!

Finca Lerida is the best!
The coffee from Finca Lerida is the best I have ever tasted. It would be nice if the description mentioned that it was pre-ground and not whole bean. Will be ordering again regardless.

They quoted me a price for a product I’ll never do business with this company again
They quoted me a price for a product. Then they charged my charge card and added $28 for shipping without telling me that they were going to do that. A normal company would tell you the cost with shipping and then ask if you wanted your charge card charged. Be scared of buying overseas from this company.

1. Shipping Address: Due to our partnership with DHL, we are unable to ship to PO boxes. When I informed you of this and requested an alternate address, you opted for a refund, which I issued immediately to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Payment Process: All payments on our site are securely handled by PayPal. At no point do we manually charge your card or add hidden fees. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your purchase, ensuring transparency.
3. Shipping Rates: shipping rates are clearly stated at the shopping cart stage, so customers can see the total cost, including shipping, before finalizing their order. I've made sure the website to be as explicit as I can with this information.
4. Quoting Prices: We did not provided you a personalized quote. Prices for our products and shipping are all listed on our website.
