Order was never delivered, they take your money and do not respond to any communications , got my bank involved and they send a generic email without responding to any of my concern and they updated fake tracking showing order is delivered which was not and tracking did not match my post code so another one of their scam, so they are basically a scam.

I had the same experience as many others. I ordered Lana on Feb 12th for Valentine’s Day, and one month goes by and I never receive it. During this one month I sent Pamly 2 emails about this issue. Finally I call my credit card company to dispute the charge, and then lo and behold the company emails me and says it’s on its way. It arrived, and the product is decent. Gets hotter than the cheap ones on Amazon which is good, but overall not worth the price tag.

Like many others, I ordered, waited, and never received anything. I reached out to try to get more information or cancel my order and never received a reply so I disputed the charge. You probably shouldn’t have automatic marketing emails for people to leave reviews when you don’t ship products. 0 stars.

It’s a scam unfortunately. I have reported.

Yet another cheap & mass produced product which has a bit of branding added for credibility. But if you look beyond the well achieved ad campaign, paid influencers and snazzy website / insta, you will discover a cheap and inefficient mass produced product, with poor customer service and a loooong deliver time (4 months in my case).

I have seen these same devices (but unbranded) for sale on AliExpress for as little as 7 euro! The heat setting is fine, but a hot water bottle is way better in my opinion. The battery drains very quickly. The massage setting, well....don't even bother with it. I think they mentioned 'discreet' in their campaign. Well, they'll hear you coming from Space with this thing set to massage mode.

Save yourself the hassle, you don't need this junk in your life. I experience a lot of menstrual pain and this did sweet f*** all for me, other than cost time, energy and money.

Order #10485 Purchased in the 30 mar but until now there is no reply or tracking number. What a shame

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAMMERS. Such a big scam. I’ve ordered one of the Lana device in the beginning of February and nothing only the order status changers from order to ready to ship and it has been like that for over a month and I paid over a $100 for it.

I ordered a Lana for my girlfriend almost a month ago and haven't had any updates on why it's taking so long..It still shows that it's pending. I emailed and sent a dm multiple times and no reply.. horrible customer service.

Firstly there is literally no express delivery. It took about month and half to arrive and they even don't reply emails. And my order was also delivered to wrong place even though I told them to change address a week earlier and they agreed but they messed up at last as i saw in older comments and think my experience would be different but no their services are not good as they claim to be. Now i lost my money and product too and they didn't replied my mail yet.

Why I have to write a review? I have order end of January for my girlfriend, the idea was a gift for valentines day and today I wait still for the delivery!!!
I write a E-Mail end of February and they no answer! Very Bad Service and I want my money back! Such a SCAM!

Its been over three weeks since order placed and no update on order status.
They dont respond to Dms and emails. And they delete comments you make on their insta post.
PURE SCAM

No communication on dispatching of the item ordered over a month ago and it hasn't left your store. Would just love some communication especially for an expensive item. I've tried to get in touch and had nothing in return

It's been about two months since I ordered. I got a fake delivered message and I still dont have the package, and the customer service is non-responsive.

Absolute scam! Placed two orders, never received any! It’s been 4 weeks!!! No reaction from the customer support, every message I have sent is being ignored.
Shame on you.
