The ID and password wont work at all.

Works.. But with a catch
Company did what they said what they would do. But with a catch.
If your monthly debt payments are $1200 and they say pay $600 monthly. If you can make it work add $200 to that. They will keep asking you to up your payments over and over to cover where their negotiations fail.
I still have referred people to this company. But given them this detail and they have done very well with my experience.

Mi experiencia fue desepcionante
Mi experiencia con Palisade Legal Group ha sido desepcionante, me he sentido engañada y estafada. Después de dos años haciéndoles el pago acordado desde un inicio, he recibido una citación a corte de parte de unos de los acreedores con el que supuestamente ellos tenían que haber hecho un convenio, y luego que les comunico sobre esto, ellos vuelven a hacer un acuerdo con ese acreedor poniéndome a mí a pagar más dinero. Total, que al final he tenido que pagarles mucho más dinero a Palisade que el total que en un principio debía a mis acreedores. Son unos ladrones autorizados. Sin contar que todas las veces que llamé, me negaban hablar con los especialistas y me atendía los de "atención al cliente" con muy malas formas. Doy una estrella porque no hay opción de dar cero

There was a large gap between their initial contact and when they decided they really wanted their money.
