They Don't do what they say.
I thought everything was taken care of. Evidently, only 3 out of 4 accounts were being settled. I started with Palisade in 2023. I received a summons from the court recently, and called Palisade. I was told there was no need to respond, that it would be taken care of. I took them at their word and now, I am, by default (because I did not show up as instructed by Palisades), being sued by Upgrade for $10,672.58. About 1 month ago, We talked on the phone and the representative suggest I increas. my monthly payment. i told him I would think about it but not sure. I received an esign document but never signed it for approval. Today, my bank account was debited for the additional money that I never approved of. I'm on a fixed income due to a medical retirement, LBD Parkinson, and I can no longer afford these unexpected issues.

Worst financial decision you will EVER make!!!
I have been with Palisade since June 2023 and have never missed a payment or paid late. They were supposed to negotiate 4 accounts, 2 mine and 2 belonging to my wife. They also had us pay extra for the Veritas Legal Plan in case we ever got sued. We signed for $930.58 a month to settle the 4 accounts, they told me that was all we had to do, just make sure that amount went off until the end of the term and they would do the rest.
They only negotiated 2 of the 4 accounts and got us sued on the other 2. They settled so the 2 settled accounts took up our entire monthly payment so there was no room to negotiate the other two.
When we got sued on the 1st account, the Veritas Legal plan did not help us at all, despite us making several calls to Palisade Legal Group during the 20 days the court allowed for our representation to act on our behalf. We had provided all legal documents as we received them. They did NOTHING, despite us having paid a total of $1,740 for the Veritas Legal Plan. After this and after we had to negotiate with the creditor ourselves, we cancelled the Veritas Legal Plan and requested a refund from Palisade Legal Group. In the court case the creditor received a default judgment since Palisade or Veritas Legal Plan never represented us and we had to negotiate with them ourselves paying court costs, additional fees and the worst case scenario settlement.
Zero refund has been made to us from these wasted funds for the Veritas Legal Plan, and we requested this over 6 months ago.
This month they withdrew our payment as usual but still have not paid anything over to the creditors on the 2 accounts that were settled. The 1st creditor's payment was due on the 9th.
They sent an email last night 11:08PM on a Friday night (so I can't call until Monday), informing that they: "are transitioning your account from Palisade Legal Group to Concordia Legal Advisors." I do not and did not consent to this. My final payment is supposed to occur on 7/2/2026. I want to continue with the agreement until this is done and do not want to deal with ANY new fees or companies. I requested an email response.

Very professional and polite. I was able to get my questions answered and was overall satisfied. Just a suggestion would be to send email updates to clients when progress is made in negotiations and not just when a settlement is reached.
