Including us, a total of eight people joined Paladin and were scammed. Specifically, if you refer others, or if you were referred by someone else, and anyone in the chain defaults, the platform will freeze the accounts of all users in that referral chain. They will then pressure you to pay the referrer.
Be wary of the platform's contract structure. The platform offers "batch" contracts, some of which require you to purchase multiple identical contracts. Whether it's a $28,000 contract or a $1,000 contract, the requirements are hidden in the details. Once you sign up for one of these contracts, you must purchase five or ten contracts of the same value before the batch ends. Otherwise, not only will you lose your principal, but your account will be frozen, preventing you from withdrawing any earnings. Worse still, the accounts of both the referrer and the referrer will be frozen as well.

Hello, our system has verified that you have never registered for any of our services. All Paladin contract terms are transparent and require user confirmation before they take effect. There are no "hidden rules" or "collective punishment for referrals" mechanisms. If you can provide any real evidence of your involvement, we will fully cooperate with the investigation. Otherwise, please cease spreading false information, and we will protect your legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law. Your review comes from someone who contacted customer service and explicitly requested payment, threatening to give a negative review if payment is not made. We reject such improper demands and will not compromise with them. We have reported this extortion to the review website. We are always committed to improving our service quality.

After run 50 orders, 1 is $100 contract. 49 orders are free contract. I failed to withdraw my build-up amount, just accept to withdraw my deposit. Anyway, thanks that they not block my deposit, at least i can withdraw my deposit.
Finally, they delete my account after I review. You should consider carefully before invest.
They ask for details, i have screenshot of what I said.
It seems that they flag every negative review to continue traping new grey. Should keep hard money for yourself.

Accounts FROZEN for All Our Referrals
All 8 of us that joined Paladin were scammed. If you refer someone or are referred by someone and the person defaults, they freeze all User Account in the chain. They they put pressure on you to force the person that referred you to pay up.
Be aware of how the contracts are structured. The issue ‘Batches’ of contracts and some batches require you to buy multiple of the same contracts. It could be on a $28K contract or even on a $1000 contract and the info is hidden in Detail. If you sign up for one of these, you have to purchase all 5 or 10 contracts for the same amount ‘before the batch CLOSES” after that you won’t get your principal back, your accounts will be frozen do you can’t withdraw what you’ve earned and worse, the people that referred you and the ones you refer will all have their Accounts frozen.

Why are there so many reviews for paladin that are all worded the same. All the positive nice reviews are worded similar and all of the responses are cut and paste responses. Why is paladin saying the exact same thing every time. I don't believe any of these positive reviews. This app is the exact same template as opto miner. Too many red flags with this group. No telephone number is a red flag for me. Stay away from paladin. Buy your own crypto miner, less than $200. You have no idea what paladin are doing at their end. Once you have transferred your crypto and sent a screenshot, they send you emails saying the screenshot didn't work, please re send screenshot. 1 lady I know cannot get her money back from paladin. Someone please buy a 10k contract and tell us all the results.
I was a user, only briefly but they blocked me from livechat and my emails. They only want to fight every negative review. I was a user so my review is valid.

This is a complete scam, they will lure you in, allow you to withdraw a small amount of funds initially, then fabricate some false narrative about 'uncorrected abnormal funds, which it impossible to withdraw cash normally. Please complete the fund reconciliation before apply-ing for withdrawal, and you can restore the withdrawal rights of all associated accounts. At first, I was a little skeptical and doubted whether this company was really serious. Finally, I decided to sign up, and after a month of investing with them, I can attest that they take their work very seriously and that there are no problems withdrawing funds.
Customer service is exceptionally good. I don't really know if it's just one person or a team, but every time I've asked a question, they've always been very willing to help me.
I would only offer one constructive criticism: offer more options for those of us who don't have as many resources, since it's difficult to reach investment levels that provide better returns.

Review the contracts you buy
Read the contract details. If you purchase a VIP contract you will be required to purchase mutiple 5 or 10 of the same contracts. Promptly it's written in the details. Beware they warn you if you cant afford it don't buy it. It is what it is if you dont buy the addition contracts you will get your account frozen becuase of breach of contract. Be warned. Im out the 11k in account. It sucks but its written In the fine print. They pay promptly and are helpful. However you'll lose your investment principle and Interest you acquired if you breach the contract.

Looks similar to a previous scam site
The website UI looks the exact same as cryptokeying.com which shut down beginning of April, and I had also read it looked like another site that had been shut down just before. It seems that this "owner" will run it for a few months and then shut it down so be careful.
Update after reply: If they are not associated with a previous site that is shut down then they have stolen or ripped off the website layout. It's way to similar of a setup to be coincidence.

Looking Good so far
My earlier 3 Stars rating has now been updated to a 4 Star because my experiences to date have all been positive. Although I have only taken out the free contracts I am more likely to buy into larger contracts provided Paladin continues to perform as they are currently doing. I appreciate that this may not be easy under the existing global financial situation, especially as several similar cloud mining websites have recently just vanished. I sincerely hope that Paladin can survive and continue to provide mining opportunities for those, like myself, who don't have the capital to buy specific machine mining contracts.
