We were in a desperate situation…
We were in a desperate situation without my son having a valid Pakistani passport and travelling the next day. I used WhatsApp to contact the team and was quite nervous that this was a scam but feeling like I had no choice, I went for it. My son’s travel document arrived the next morning! It’s a bit on the pricey side, but that’s the price you pay for emergencies so….

10/10 Service & Speed
10/10 in terms of communication, ease of application and processing the new NICOP request, and the quality & speed of service. My son lost his NICOP during travel and I was able to request a new NICOP by providing all the required documentation, finger prints, and photos all through what’s app. The entire process was seamless and quick and the payment process was secure - I was able to receive the new NICOP in time for travel.
