Biggest pile of crap. 11 days after ordering still hadn’t even sent the order out. Attempted to cancel the order( dress needed for wedding) firstly they said it was with a carrier, whe. I proved that wrong they then said too late to cancel as they were processing it.
I will definitely be going to the fair trading about them.

They advertise their garments to be linen when in fact they are 100% polyester. When i asked for a refund for false advertising they will only refund a maximum of 25%. They are fraudulent and unethical claiming theyre doing me the favour to allow me to keep & regift the 2 dresses to friends or family. The product junk and id never give them to anyone!

Not even worth 1 star. Do not order from this company spent over $100 on 2 dresses. They look absolutely nothing like the pictures provided. Very crappy thin material. Like potato sacks. Then tried to return, this was so hard. Offered 15% refund. Still to receive this? Advertise as Australian but to return was to China. Do not bother. SCAM SITE!
Don't waste your money, and don't even think of trying to return the grap...they offer 15 percent to keep the grappy items because they know it cost more to return.. crappy material very low quality material
Do not order from this site! It’s misleading and the poorest of quality! Website says they ship exclusively within Australia. The company is listed as U.S owned. When you request a return the address is in China. I could cope with all of this if the product was at least wearable. My order arrived after 3 weeks and I didn’t even try it on. The quality was the worst I have seen. I’ve paid the astronomical return cost because I refuse to give in to their tactics of offering a 15% refund to keep the products. Save your money and order from Temu or Shein. At least they price their products to the quality.

Der Inhaber Pedram Nejad, verspricht viel und klingt vielversprechend.
Jedoch ist das auch alles, was er kann. Geht es um Feinheiten in der Umsetzung, die einen Maßanzug erst richtig besonders machen scheitert Pedram Nejad kläglich. Die eingestickten Namen sind falsch geschrieben, die Abholtermine werden ständig verschoben. Pedram Nejad versprach eine schnelle Ausbesserung meldete sich aber nie wieder. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage hin durften wir den Anzug zur Ausbesserung zurück bringen. Jedoch änderte dies nichts. Die Anzüge sind seit 14 Wochen noch immer nicht fertig. Pedram Nejad behauptete zwei mal die Anzüge lägen zur Abholung bereit. Zu den vereinbarten Terminen war aber niemand anzutreffen - man stand vor verschlossenen Türen, ohne Absage. Die Schuld wird ständig an die Kooperationsunternehmen von Paisley bespoken geschoben.
Pedram Nejad hält es nicht für nötig vereinbarte Termine abzusagen oder zugesicherte Liefertermine einzuhalten. Die Kommunikation erfolgt nur auf Nachfrage.
Ich kann nur jedem raten: Finger weg! Es klingt im ersten Moment gut, aber der Schein trügt!
