we’re sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your parcel. According to the tracking information, your order was dispatched by our warehouse the day after it was placed and has already arrived in the US, where it is currently being processed through customs.
For US standard shipping, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6–10 business days. While the delay is unfortunately beyond our control once the parcel is in the hands of the courier, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Sizing makes no sense
The sizing on the two dresses I ordered was very inconsistent. They were both supposed to be a UK 12, but one of them fit like a size up and the other fit like a size down. The quality on the stitching was terrible and uneven, there was lots of frayed edges and loose threads. And the fabric looks cheap - the pictures make the fabric look a lot more structured and expensive than it is. Now I have to pay $32 to ship them back and get a refund, at least I'm glad I'm recouping most of my money.

Was lucky enough to purchase the crew neck ribbed oversize jumper in Teal which had been out of stock for some time. The colour is a little darker than it appeared online but it is still gorgeous. Very pleased with my purchase and delivery was prompt.

I was a first time customer and offered 20% discount for that reason but the online form did not work so I emailed Paisie and received great service and support - and the discount. I received the order (sweater) a few days later and it is perfect 😍

I have only just come across this site, and they will be my go to now every time I want something new.
Their clothes are beautiful, they are made well, maybe a special buy for me as they can be pricey, however you get what you pay for. I buy mainly from their sales.

Your ribbed jumpers although certainly not cheap are very good. They wear and wash very well and most importantly don't pill up!!
