I have completed many paint by numbers over the years, but I must say, the quality of the paint I received was definitely A+. I was missing 2 paint pots; however, these came straight away in the mail once I notified the company. Great communication. I will definitely purchase from this company again :)
Charlie at Paint With Numbers was absolutely amazing. I got in touch wanting a personalised paint by numbers made from a photo. We had contact back and forward, where Charlie gave advice and helped me to choose the right photo that would have the best outcome when made into a painting. The paint by numbers arrived quickly and it is so clever how they’ve created it from a small photo - there is so much detail. I absolutely love it and I’m so proud of it, I could never paint something like this free hand, but thanks to Charlie and the team I was able to make a really special gift for my partner.
I have purchased numerous personalised paintings and have been very happy with the overall results as have the people I have gifted them to. Delivery time has been exactly as stated and product has been well packed to prevent any damage in postage transit. On the odd occasion where I have had to contact the company regarding some minor changes to the canvas colouring or photo comparison, Charlie and the team have been quick to respond and very accommodating in solving the issue. Highly recommend this product and company.
ordered a personal paintwithnumbers and found the process very easy to negotiate. all went smoothly until a slight hiccup with delivery. the size was too big for courier and returned. HOWEVER the company went to every effort to get my purchase delivered for a special birthday. Well done guys much appreciated.
The painting turned out perfectly and the canvas material was really nice quality. There was a slight issue during shipping where one of the paint pots opened, but Charlie was super responsive and helpful and sent me a replacement set of paints immediately.
I’m very happy with both the service and the responsiveness, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great paint by numbers experience.
Was a really simple process for some custom paint by numbers. I had great communication throughout the process and any questions I had they answered quite quickly.
We got our own photo done. The detail was great. All came in great condition. We had to contact PBN, and the service was prompt and excellent.
Lovely gift for someone.
Thank you
