The picture is Devine, the paints were great quality, I just love it! It came promptly, so very happy all round! Would suggest that you use a magnifier headset for the 80 colour pics as they have really small sections.

Ordered a painting on 10th June which…
Ordered a painting on 10th June which said 10 working days for delivery which should have been mid last week, the tracking hasn't been updated for 6 days either. I have had communication with Adam and he has tried to help me locate it the past few weeks but can only tell me what the tracking says. I am disappointed as I am on annual leave this week and was really looking forward to doing this whilst I'm not so busy and ordered it in plenty of time to do this now. Not even sure it is actually coming either, Adam hasn't replied to my latest email. Worried it might be a scam

I still have not received my order and I ordered it almost 1 month ago. That would be fine if the communication regarding shipping was good. I had to reach out a few times asking if it shipped yet.

Great customer service, high quality matierals.
I ordered 4 items and when order arrived it was missing one. I emailed customer service and next day had response with tracking number for my replacement item! Wow! Awesome customer service. I started one of the diamond art kits I received and found that the kit was carefully packaged and was very nice quality of materals. I highly recommend Paintly and will be ordering from them again.
