We saw a Pagazzi light in Boundary Mill Colne which we thought was wonderful but they had no stock so once home tried to find them elsewhere but every stockist had no stock so I contacted Pagazzi at Glasgow to ask if they were getting anymore but was told unlikely. Then shortly after I received an email from Jade saying she had located them in Aberdeen and had requested them to be sent to her for shipment to us. We received them and are so pleased. Jade has been exceptional. Many thanks

I purchased a light from this company in their closing down sale and was advised that light was working however on installation it failed to work and on ringing customer services was advised it was covered under their warranty and it the light was returned and found to be faulty a replacement would be given

However when I sought a replacement the company reversed their position and refused to honour the warranty claiming that if they replaced the light then they would be at a loss. They also stated the item was continued, this was a lie as it was still for sale on their website.
I am extremely disappointed they fail to uphold and stand behind their warranty as I have purchased all my lights from them and would advise others to be cautious when purchasing any items

I made a purchase which I returned the next day. Everything was in condition as bought. They display a 14 day returns policy for refund.
However, I was asked for my telephone number and email address and told “ you have to give your details if you want a refund pal”.
Bullying behaviour and when I said I wasn’t happy being spoken to like that they refused the complaint.
I would not recommend them in any way. I have emailed my complaint also.

The sales assistant really helped us - we had been shopping for lights all day and we had returned to Pagazzi for a second view of the lights that were on our shortlist. She didn’t just try to sell us the lights, she listened to what we wanted and explained how the lights could look with different bulbs, then took time to demonstrate the options to help us decide.

And most importantly the lights look great in ther new home.

I felt valued and the staff were amazing in helping me choose the lights for my new house. I bought 12 and returned them all and with guidance from the staff now the lights I have got are perfect. Honestly not once did they rush me they just told me to take my time as there is no rush. Braehead so much choice.

Excellent experience at Pagazzi Braehead.
Friendly helpful customer service from minute we walked in. Advisor was super helpful, guiding us and informing us about various lights. Nothing was to much trouble even tho we kept having to ask her to get us lights from through the back.
Shop was close to shutting time but we never felt rushed or harrassed in slightest.

Disappointed that I couldn’t claim the discount in store that was offered on line. Was needing lights asap as I had someone at my home to fit them. Silly that I could order in the store to be sent out to my home when I was standing right there. Love my lights though
