I have ordered a pair of shoes. Never delivered, tracking info says delivered, but with a picture of some door and a package, certainly not my door. Trying to get some clarity from them but no response for 2 weeks now. It is probably not a serious company.

Schoenen besteld en na 4 weken kreeg ik update met track en trace code maar nooit geleverd. Na melding nieuwe track en trace code gekregen en wederom niets geleverd. Hier niets bestellen.

Never received my products
been 4 moths now
website is still running no reply on emails scam of a company
should be shut down with the amount of complaints

Don't trust this company, no order received even thought the tracking said delivered. No communication in any form from this company via email 3 weeks now.

Don't buy here.
They charged my money right away, but never send my products.
I have written to them several times, but they don't reply.

Even een test bestelling geplaatst, is nooit aangekomen. In contact komen met dit bedrijf lukt ook niet. Dit is gewoon een scam.

I ordered via padel point website , yet claim its not there order number after a month I haven't received anything no assistance via email , when I rang in the claim it isn't there order number and no assistance further, don't use them they cannot be trusted

Bijna 3 weken geleden bestelling geplaatst, nog niets ontvangen. Gemaild, deze komt onbestelbaar retour.😠

A raquete partiu-se e estava dentro da garantia. disseram que me iam devolver o dinheiro da compra... já passaram 2 meses e nunca devolveram o dinheiro e agora já nem respondem

Ordered 6 items, recieved 5 and have been refunded for the missing item. The email for costumer service does not work and tracking information was not available before the day it was delivered. No return form enclosed.

Vorig jaar bestelden we een test-padelracket op PadelPoint. Na het willen aankopen van de racket bleek dat deze niet eens meer te koop was... Wij hebben de racket teruggestuurd volgens hun procedure, hiervan hebben wij een bewijs dat de racket goed ontvangen is door hun. In dit geval verbindt PadelPoint zich ertoe een aankoopbon van 20EUR te bezorgen die later besteed kan worden. Intussen zijn we reeds 3 maanden heen en weer aan het mailen en ze weigeren een aankoopbon af te leveren. Het is te zeggen, 'het lukt hun niet'.... Nu verwachten ze dat we eerst een bestelling plaatsen en dan gaan ze dat bedrag crediteren. Totaal niet volgens hun eigen verkooppraatje op hun website en bovendien is ons vertrouwen meer dan zoek aangezien ze zich al niet aan hun eerste afspraak willen houden.

Le service retour après vente est malhonnête un vrai parcours du combattant sachez que les retour sont à vos frais peu importe la raison et ils ne fournissent pas de bon de retour on doit attendre qu’il nous fournissent l’adresse de retour et ils le donne 15 jours après ! Juste scandaleux.

Order in April ….. Nothing has arrived…. Trying to call and email no response. Did a comentar at FB and the blocked me directly 🤨

More than 10 days since my order and I have no clue of the shipment. I sent emails but their customers service are not responding. All what I received is automated email saying that they have a high volume of emails and they will take time to respond (really a joke!!).

15 days and I still don’t have my order :(. Great price on some shoes for padel, but the delivery charge was close to the cost of the shoes. Not inclined to shop here in the future unless something improves. Schade!

Achat d'une raquette de padel neuve (commande 75611736), qui s'est fissurée fortement au dessus du manche à la 3ème frappe dans des conditions totalement normales d'utilisation. Réponse du service client "nous ne prendrons pas la raquette en garantie car la fissure peut provenir d'un choc sur le côté de la raquette". Sauf qu'il n'y a eu aucun choc, comme en témoignent les nombreuses photos envoyées avec aucune trace sur la raquette. J'avais déjà eu le problème avec la marque de raquette concernée mais via un autre vendeur, et elle m'avait été remplacée immédiatement. J'engage des poursuites juridiques contre l'entreprise.

Managed to speak to someone in Dutch office who spoke English, however about as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Awful service, ordered a racket 3 weeks ago and still no arrived when they’re saying it has.
