Today Wednesday 17/06/2026 I put what I thought a 50ponce reverse forecast on the 2.30 pm race at Royal Ascot when I then noticed that a £100 was taken from my account with no way to cash out I gor in touch with Paddy Powers message service and explained the situation I went through all the security details with whoever or whatever I was chatting to it says it was an agent but it seemed like a robot I explained the whole situation and the fact that it was not giving me any chance to cash out or void the bet then whoever was on the other side came back explains the rules for Cheltenham for why I don’t know anyway they asked what bet was in question and reference number for that bet I gave them the same and the told me that because there was a change in prices in the market I coul not cash out yet all my other bets I was able to cash out apart from the one I wanted to do I got back to them and told them that I wanted to cancel that reverse forecast all together and was informed that I could not do so.
This continued from 9.30am until 9.50am and I was literally getting nowhere it was like going round in circles I am going to get in touch with the gambling commission regarding this as I cannot see any reason that this bet could not have been made void I think Paddy Power needs to be totally checked out as they are absolutely fobbing people and getting off with it if I continued to steal from people I would eventually end up in prison and that’s where he should be if there had been no stars or minus stars that’s what he would have got from me.
I did contact them immediately after noticing that £100 pound was taken out of my account instead of what I was putting on which was a 50 pence reverse forecast I’m a gambler but would never intentionally do a £50 reverse forecast but the thing that really annoys me is that I tried to rectify this as soon as it was done but it never gave me any options to cash out yet as I said I was given the option to cash out with every other bets makes you seriously wander Paddy Power is as crooked as they come and should be dealt with by the law.
I do hope sincerely that he gets notified of this review and see what response he gives probably a load of lies.

Playing blackjack really surprised me. Offline blackjack is definitely rigged. Played 9 hands. I won once. I had a 19. Dealer pulls 21. I have 20. Dealer pulls 21. I have ace and 9 (20) they have 13. Dealer pulls 21. All back to back. Like it’s actually laughable how they can blatantly scam people and go on like it’s RNG. There is nothing RNG about them cards. They wouldn’t not be pulled like that in a legit shuffled deck, I guess it’s my own fault for attempting to have trust and fairness in a legit site. DO NOT USE

I recently placed a £ .50 yankee (4 selections) on horse racing.
I placed the bet under the prevailing odds at the time. The bet provided BEST ODDS GUARANTEED which means should the returned odds (starting price) be greater than those available at the time the bet was struck then the bet would be settled at the greater odds.
Unfortunately, I was credited with £16.50 exactly half of the correct amount.
The odds struck at the time of laying the bet were
Two Brothers 5/1 Won 10/1
Penn Avenue 7/2 Lost
Marty McFly 9/2 Won 5/1
Fierce Warrior 15/4 Lost
This bet should have been settled as a double at the returned odds of 10/1 and 5/1. It was not.

I have tried for two days to have the matter resolved but cannot get any joy from their Virtual Assistant.
I enclose the Bet ID 0/3946214/0016036 as proof of the above facts.

I would just like to express my concern about paddy power and how unethical they are as a betting firm. If I could rate zero star I would. I Placed a bet on Monday on a special listed on there website for horse racing. The 2 horses in question was Catchintsavo & Micene 5/4. Placed this in good faith however when looking at the price for Micene they incorrectly had the price listed as 1/11 instead of 10/11. So because the special picked up the price as 1/11 instead of 10/11 it subsequently made the special shorter than it should of been around the 5/2 and 11/4 price. Paddy Power later realised this and amended the price 5 minutes later to the the correct price on the win market and subsequently the special changed to what it should of been in the first place to 5/2. Now having placed the bet and taken the 5/4 i challenged this with the online team and I spoke to the live chat team and they were agents whom i spoke to were very unhelpful to say the least and could not understand and you cannot speak to anyone via phone service anymore which I think is a complete disgrace. I sent several emails into the ceo Peter Jackson whom never responded to one single email I sent however instead I got an email from the senior complaints executive stating that they wouldn't refund me the difference even though there price was incorrect at the time. This is disgraceful as a betting firm that they can make a mistake and not own that mistake. If they paid me out incorrectly they would want the money back and similarly I would expect the same under the fairplay rules. If they make the price wrong and change it later they need to acknowledge this which as a punterI expect the prices to be correct. The traders show that the price for micene was never 1/11 at any point so paddy power made a genuine mistake which happens however they need to acknowledge and correct it for the punter when they do. I have used paddy power for many years and my turnover was in excess of 20k in a year and they treat customers in this manner is shocking. As soon as Cheltenham is over I will be permanently closing my account as what they did on Monday was theft and in essence have stolen my money.
